In the past, the award-winning K-pop group, BTS, collaborated with other musicians. However, with a few videos of these musicians cooking, and a few tweets from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, fans think a collaboration between these celebrities for a food-related show could be iconic.

The BTS members cooked a few times, including for one episode of ‘Run BTS’

They’re chart-topping musicians, incredible dancers, and record-breaking philanthropists. Unfortunately, not all of the BTS members are great at cooking. For one episodes of the series Run BTS, the K-pop idols broke into teams to prepare and plate dishes.

The members even made sandwiches at one of New York City’s most iconic restaurants, thanks to one segment during The Late Show Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Bringing the sandwiches to the tables, though, didn’t go as smoothly.

Gordon Ramsay commented on these boy band members a few times

The food created by these K-pop idols even caught the attention of chef Gordon Ramsay. This celebrity took to social media, commenting on these performers and one picture of food, posted by a member of the BTS ARMY.

“My boyfriend thinks he can win a season of Hell’s Kitchen, could you rate his food and make sure that egg is properly cooked,” one BTS fan tweeted, along with a picture of Jin and his egg creation.

“Overcooked eggs with worms! No thanks,” Gordon Ramsay replied to the picture on Twitter. The tweet earned over 50 thousand likes from BTS fans and food fanatics, some of which shared their support for Jin’s food.

Fans are now calling for a Gordon Ramay x BTS collaboration

With Jin loving to cook and plenty of the BTS members who love to eat, a video production featuring Gordon Ramsay and these performers isn’t completely out of the question. It could even be a series similar to MasterChef or Hell’s Kitchen.

BTS collaborated with other artists to make music in the past — Halsey, Sia, Charli XCX, and Juice WRLD just to name a few. However, this would be the first time they would officially work with a professional chef. As a result, some fans took to social media, sharing their thoughts on potential videos featuring the K-pop idols.

“My guess is it would be Gordon yelling at them really loudly in English and Jin yelling back at him really loudly in Korean. Might actually be pretty hilarious,” one fan on Quora stated, regarding a potential collaboration.

I actually think it’s going to be a contest between RM and Gordon, to see who can out yell each other the loudest,” another fan wrote on the same platform.

Although it may be funny, there’s no official collaboration between these celebrities in the future. Music by BTS, including their recently released album, Map of the Soul: 7, is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major platforms.
