Four years after the concert, fans speculated that the two were dating after Madonna shared photos of her and Williams celebrating New Years’ aboard a boat.
“Saying good-bye to 2019! We continue to swim with sharks! And take the road less traveled by!!” she captioned the Instagram post.
In January 2019, Williams’ father confirmed that the dancer was in a relationship with the “Papa Don’t Preach” hitmaker, telling TMZ that the two had been dating for more than a year.
“Love has no age,” he said. “My son is livin’ la vida loca, and I’m just happy for him.”
In February 2021, Madonna gushed over her boyfriend in a Valentine’s Day post she shared on social media, which was complete with photos of the pair packing on the PDA on various occasions during their relationship.
“Been around the World with my Valentine this Year,” she captioned the affectionate post. “Oh what a beautiful trip. Happy Valentines Day Mr. Williams.”

The post featured a photo slideshow of the two enjoying each other’s company as they rang in Williams’ special day with a celebratory smoke.
In the snapshots, the “Vogue” singer can be seen wearing a royal purple coat over a corset top and fishnets while her blonde hair hung straight down from under her hood. She completed the edgy look with a series of necklaces around her neck, giant hoop earrings, and many rings adorning her fingers. Meanwhile, Williams donned a black coat with dark sunglasses.
Though the photos showed the pair posing together amid Williams’ birthday celebration, a few snapshots featured the couple packing on major PDA with one, in particular, capturing the couple locking lips while the dancer blew smoke from his mouth into the singer’s.
“Happy Birthday My Love,” the pop icon captioned the slideshow. “Thank you for opening my eyes.”
She added, “How can I explain how I feel? Let’s get Unconscious,” referencing a lyric from her 1994 hit “Bedtime Story.”
