There’s only so many times fans of this horror series can watch Coven on repeat. Each year, viewers look forward to being spooked by this FX original series and 2020 is no exception. The 10th season of this television show was set for a 2020 premiere on the television network.

‘American Horror Story’ cast members return for this mini-series

This would be the first time that episodes of American Horror Story were contained within an hour-long episode. The original television show had each season boast a new “theme,” with returning cast members portraying different characters. (Although, sometimes they would return as characters from already-released seasons.)

Not much is known about this spinoff series, titled American Horror Stories, including when it will premiere in relation to the upcoming season of American Horror Story. Additionally, it’s unclear which cast members would return for the shorter episodes of this horror series and which characters they would portray.

Based on the “Zoom call” picture, potential cast members include fan-favorite alumni like Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, and Lily Rabe. Until then, fans look forward to the premiere of the next season of American Horror Story, in which the cast list has been confirmed by FX and Ryan Murphy.

There are a few seasons of ‘American Horror Story’ already renewed by FX

With the success of this Emmy-award winning series, FX renewed it through season 13, meaning there’s plenty of spooky content on the way for American Horror Story fans. Recently, the show’s Instagram account shared the cast list for season 10. The post earned over 400,000 likes in a matter of weeks.

It’s unclear whenever this upcoming season of American Horror Story will premiere on FX. Production has, reportedly, paused due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, meaning that episodes may not arrive in time for fall 2020.

More information regarding American Horror Stories will presumably be announced in the coming weeks. Until then, already released seasons of American Horror Story are available for streaming on both Hulu and Netflix.
