On October 6, Ambrosio headed to Santa Monica for a strength workout and some fun in the sun. The 43-year-old has credited her gorgeous physique to the Tracy Anderson Method, which helped her maintain her elite shape during her tenure as a Victoria’s Secret angel. However, on Sunday, Ambrosio preferred a more outdoorsy approach.
The Brazilian model wore an Ivy League bodysuit by Alo Yoga in the colorway ultramint and white. The one-piece suit featured a straight neckline and skinny white straps that showed off Ambrosio’s back and arms. The model utilized tube resistance bands for a push-pull strength workout and then opted for volleyball with friends.
