Joy is married to Austin Forsyth and they are the parents of two — son Gideon, 4, and daughter Evelyn, 1. With Joy growing up on reality TV, she isn’t shy about sharing her life with fans. She’s got over 1 million followers on Instagram, and a YouTube page with 152K subscribers.
But in 2022, fans have noticed that Joy’s social media activity has been almost non-existent. She’s posted just four times to her Instagram grid this year. And her Follow the Forsyths YouTube channel has only posted five videos.
This lack of activity — especially in recent weeks — has some fans thinking that Joy could be pregnant.
The former ‘Counting On’ star looks noticeably pregnant in a recently photo
Joy hasn’t been posting many photos on social media lately. But a pic recently surfaced online via Reddit, and the mom-of-two looks like she has a sizable baby bump. This, of course, has many fans believing that Joy is secretly pregnant.
According to The Sun, a fan shared the pic after finding it on Instagram. In the snap, Joy’s daughter Evelyn is in the foreground and the child sitting next to her had their face blacked out. In the background, fans can see joy reaching for something in a kitchen cabinet with her hand sitting on what appears to be a baby bump.
“I’m just going to go ahead and say she’s pregnant. The way she’s holding her belly combined with how she looks in Jed’s RV misadventure,” one Redditor wrote. “Joy is a really active, somewhat athletic type woman and we’ve seen her not have this leftover baby bump everyone is suddenly claiming she has.”

In the few photos and videos that Joy-Anna has appeared in recent months, fans never really get to see a view of her belly. Are those shots from the neck up on purpose? In the snap with the supposed baby bump, the hand on her belly was “a great sign” that Joy is pregnant, according to one fan.
However, Joy is not the only one in the Duggar family who has sparked pregnancy and baby rumors. Fans believe they spotted Joe and Kendra with a newborn recently, which could mean they secretly welcomed baby number four. However, it’s possible they were babysitting Jed and Katey’s new baby boy, who was born in early May.
