Another MTV Reality Star Is Expecting a Baby in 2021
May 2021 will be a busy month for many of MTV’s reality stars. Two roommates from Jersey Shore: Family Vacation are expecting little ones to arrive next spring. Now, another MTV star from Floribama Shore is expecting a child in May.
The cast of ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ is growing
Jersey Shore stars Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Deena Cortese are both expecting babies in May 2021.
Cortese was the first to share her baby news. Over Halloween, she revealed she and Chris Buckner were expecting a sibling for their son, Christopher John.
“Our hearts are filled with so much love and joy!” she said on social media. “CJ is going to be the best big brother ever!!! Sooo for everyone that was asking YES YES YES…I’m pregnant.”
Cortese is due May 1, 2021.
Mike “The Situation” and his wife “Laurens” are also expecting. Next year, they will welcome a baby boy into the world. The couple shared their pregnancy announcement over Thanksgiving, revealing the sex of the baby on Dec. 8, 2020.
“Gym Tan We’re having a Baby Boy,” Mike said on Instagram.

‘Floribama Shore’s Nilsa Prowant is expecting a baby
Apparently, 2020 is the year of the MTV babies because another reality star is expecting! Despite her past flings on Floribama Shore, Nilsa Prowant is in a committed relationship with Gus Gazda. The two are expecting a baby in May 2021.
“Even in the darkest of times the Lord still shines his light,” Prowant shared on Instagram. “Our greatest adventure is about to begin.” The photo of she and Gazda featured her baby bump and a sign that read: “Baby Gazda Coming May 2021.”

When Prowant made the announcement, her housemates couldn’t contain their excitement.
“I can’t wait to be the drunk aunt,” Aimee Hall commented on Prowant’s post.
“Ayeeeee my sis,” co-star Kirk Medas wrote. “Preggo. Thottin’ n plottin’ caught up to JK. Happy for you and my boi.”
“Congratulations! I can’t wait to be [an] uncle,” said Codi Butts.
Will Nilsa Prowant’s pregnancy be featured in ‘Floribama Shore’ Season 4?
Many fans have been anxiously awaiting new episodes of Floribama Shore. It might take longer than expected, thanks to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. On Nov. 27, Deadline reported production on Floribama Shore was suspended.
“Filming was shut down for two weeks after a production team member tested positive for COVID-19,” the outlet said. “While a Season 4 renewal has not been announced, production on new episodes had been underway, which is not unusual for a hit MTV reality series.”
The Floribama Shore cast and crew quarantined in Lake Havasu, Arizona. It’s unclear if and when production on season 4 will resume. What’s more, it’s also unclear if Prowant will be part of the new season.
At this time, fans are unsure about Prowant joining her friends in season 4 of Floribama Shore. Unlike her house mates, Prowant hasn’t been documenting time spent with her co-stars on social media. Regardless of whether or not Prowant has been filming, many fans are excited to follow her pregnancy journey.
