Are Mel B. and Geri Halliwell Still Friends?

Looks like there is trouble in Spice World for Mel. B. and Geri Halliwell.

The two bandmates of the iconic girl group, The Spice Girls, are reportedly not on good terms ever since Mel B. dropped the ultimate bombshell that they, apparently, hooked-up in the past.

With Geri Halliwell denying those rumors and Mel B. currently being looked at as a liar, there is no telling where this once solid friendship now stands.

Both women are pretty upset with each other

The world is still in shock over Mel B. and Geri Halliwell’s alleged fling.

Just last month, Mel B. (aka Scary Spice) sat down with Piers Morgan and admitted to having a sexual experience with fellow bandmate Geri Halliwell (aka Ginger Spice) during the Spice Girls’ 1990s heyday.

Not only did Mel B. revealed that she and Halliwell “slept in a bed together, but not like that,” but then nodded to Morgan when he asked her if things between them escalated.

The former America’s Got Talent judge said, “She’s going to hate me for this because she’s all posh in her country house with her husband.”

Shortly after Mel B.’s claims began circulating, Geri Halliwell’s rep shut down those rumors stating none of it was true.

“It has been very disappointing to read about all these rumors again,” Geri’s rep told E! News in a statement. “She would like you to know that what has been reported recently is simply not true and has been very hurtful to her family.”

It has been reported that Halliwell is so upset with Mel B. that she doesn’t even want to be in the same room as her.

Once the statement was released, Mel B. became upset that Geri Halliwell is not only denying the fling, but she is making her fellow bandmate out to be a liar.

The Spice Girls’ tour could be jeporady

Both woman are so upset with each other at the moment, that it is reportedly derailing their upcoming world tour.

Sources have claimed that The Spice Girls were considering pulling out of their world tour all together due to Mel B.’s recent bombshell.

However, a rep for the band quickly denied those rumors claiming they were “inaccurate and factually untrue.”

It has been said that Geri Halliwell is ready to start the tour with everyone, including Mel B., even though they currently have mixed feeling towards each other.

“Moving forward, Geri can’t wait to see the girls and all the fans on the tour, have an amazing time with everyone and make some new memories,” the statement concluded.

Is their friendship over?

As for Geri and Mel’s relationship, the fellow Spice Girls are trying to be the peacemakers in this situation and want these two to work it out.

Mel B. and Geri Halliwell have a long history together and it would be sad if their friendship ends because of this reveal.

As we can tell, they still have ill feelings towards each other but will hopefully do some forgiving before the tour kicks off on May 31 in Manchester, England.
