Who doesn’t love the HGTV show Property Brothers? It features easy-on-the-eyes twin brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott, as they transform fixer-uppers into their clients’ one-of-a-kind dream homes. With the use of a fancy imagery program, they give the clients and dedicated fans a look at their plans before putting in some elbow grease to turn drab to fab.

With the duo being great with children, handsome, funny, and all around perfect on-set, it’s no surprise the masses adore them. It’s also no surprise that their relationship status is a big question for fans.

Is Jonathan Scott single?

Jonathan’s last lady was Jacinta Kuznetsov. The romantic has had nothing but good things to say about his former long-term girlfriend, both during their relationship and after their breakup. They met during a charity gala back in 2015 but, unlike some fairytale beginnings, the two didn’t fall madly in love at first sight. In fact, Kuznetsov wasn’t really into Jonathan and needed some encouragement to give him a shot!

Despite rough beginnings, they eventually fell in love. The two spent over two happy years together before going their separate ways. To keep his fans in the loop, the beloved HGTV star took to social media to share some wise words.

“Sometimes life takes you on unexpected paths and those paths aren’t always in the same direction. There’s no drama or negativity; no jealousy or hate. Not even sadness or sorrow.” – Jonathan Scott

It was amicable enough, even if he was left heartbroken. Being a hopeless romantic who lacks luck in the love department can be daunting! Jonathan is a great sport though — he’s managed to say some beautiful words about his former flame finding love elsewhere!

Who did Jonathan Scott date before Jacinta Kuznetsov?

Kuznetsov wasn’t Jonathan’s first love. While he may be a bachelor right now, he was once married! The property brother tied the knot with an airline-crew scheduler by the name of Kelsey Ully back in 2007. It was truly a whirlwind romance as they married within a year of meeting each other. Jonathan even moved to Las Vegas from his cushy home in Canada to close the distance between them.

The two obviously rushed things, but why? Ully wanted to get married on 07/07/07. Despite it being a lucky number, the two separated after spending just two years as husband and wife.

Despite the short marriage, he admitted that he threw himself in head first. In an interview with People Magazine, he said: “When I commit to something I commit 100 percent and knowing I failed and we just weren’t meant to be together was difficult.”

Despite having a rough time coping, this half of the duo is taking his hard lessons in love as valuable learning experiences. No matter how his next relationship goes, Jonathan will be ready to handle it 100%!

Drew Scott is happily married

Drew has seemingly struck gold in the relationship department: He and his longtime girlfriend Linda Phan just tied the knot last year. The two had a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Italy, where they did more than just say their vows. They even had their bachelor and bachelorette parties there to see the single life off for good.

Marriage isn’t the only thing on their minds either: the newlyweds also have kids on the brain. Right after the wedding Drew announced he just couldn’t wait to go from honeymooner to new dad. This isn’t surprising considering he’s always had a way with children on the show. He even just put out a children’s book with Jonathan.

If you need a little more convincing, the happy husband even commented on Joanna Gaines Instagram saying: “We’ll be having kids soon so I’ll hit you up for hand me downs.” Clearly, he’s more than ready to take things to the next level with his lovely wife.
