Ashton Kutcher Not Getting Dragged Into Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Case, Sources Say
Federal agents arrested hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs in September 2024. He now faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. While Combs pleads not guilty to the charges, the lawsuits continue to pile in. Lawyers are keeping a close eye on Combs’ famous friends, which may include Ashton Kutcher. However, sources now claim that Kutcher is in the clear and likely won’t have any involvement in Combs’ case.

Ashton Kutcher might be able to breathe easy following Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest. Combs resides in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn without bail until his trial in May 2025. The lawsuits against Combs continue to pile. Plaintiffs are accusing Combs of drugging them, coercing them into sexual acts, and assaulting them. Several lawsuits note other famous folks knew of Combs’ illegal activities and did not stop him.
Kutcher has a close friendship with Combs. He, Combs, and Jamie Foxx reportedly often partied together and considered themselves as a “rat pack.” Kutcher also co-hosted one of Combs’ White Parties. In 2019, Kutcher admitted during an interview with Hot Ones that he has “a lot” he “can’t tell” regarding what he saw go down at Combs’ events.
While investigators could want to speak to any celebrities involved with Combs’ parties in the past, several sources told TMZ that Kutcher isn’t on their radar.
“This narrative has got to stop,” a source close to Kutcher told the news outlet. “Ashton has nothing to do with this. Zero involvement. Zero knowledge of these [Diddy’s] activities. Ashton, like everyone else in Hollywood, attended a Diddy party 20 years ago.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest has likely brought a lot of stress and anxiety to Ashton Kutcher’s life. A source told In Touch Weekly that the Punk’d host feels “exasperated” by his association. Kutcher and Mila Kunis also allegedly considered moving out of the country for a fresh start.
“Ashton’s so exasperated that once again he’s being dragged through the mud because of his past associations,” the insider alleged. “First, it was Danny Masterson, and now it’s Diddy, and it’s got him convinced that there are way better places out there to live than Hollywood. In his view, the town is just a cesspool at this point.”
Kunis and Kutcher allegedly discussed moving to Europe. “The only thing stopping them from making the move is work because they do still have a lot of business interests in the U.S., so the concern is that Europe may be too far away,” the insider continued.
An attorney connected to the case says he has to be careful in naming celebrities
Outsiders following Sean “Diddy” Combs’ court case want to know the other celebrities connected to the lawsuits. Attorney Tony Buzbee said on TMZ Live that naming famous folks will “create a firestorm” with the media. Therefore, his legal team has to be careful and certain.
“But, we want to make sure that if we name individuals beyond Mr. Combs, that we make sure that we’ve done our homework, because it’s going to create a firestorm,” he said. “We understand that. We’re going to make sure that we dot our I’s and cross our T’s.”
