‘Bachelor’ Alum Ashley Iaconetti Says She’s ‘Never Cried Less’ as She Celebrates Wedding Anniversary with Jared Haibon
Fans have been following Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon’s love story since they met on the 2015 season of Bachelor in Paradise. Fast forward to five years later, the two reality stars are now celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary, and fans couldn’t be more thrilled for the happy couple.

After meeting on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise, Iaconetti and Haibon remained friends despite their romantic connection. But in May 2018, the couple announced that they were dating, and posted a video about their relationship journey.
In August 2019, Iaconetti and Haibon wed in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island. Bachelor producer Elan Gale officiated the wedding, and numerous series alumni attended the nuptials, including Carly Wadell, Evan Bass, and Kaitlyn Bristowe. The couple’s co-stars and close friends Nick Viall, Ben Higgins, and Dean Unglert served as groomsman.
They’ve talked about starting a family
Just months into their marriage, Iaconetti and Haibon revealed that they were thinking of starting a family. In a December 2019 interview with ET, the couple admitted that they talk about having kids “a lot.”
“We both want kids, but I think we’re going to wait until next year,” Haibon said. “So there will be no new tradition this year, but next Christmas, knock on wood, hopefully, there will be a new tradition in sight.”
The ‘Bachelor’ alums are celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary
Iaconetti, who is known as one of the biggest careers in Bachelor history, took to Instagram to commemorate her one-year wedding anniversary, and she noted that it’s been one of the most tear-free years of her life.
“I’ve never cried less than I have this year,” Iaconetti wrote in her post. “I don’t think personally life can get any better than it is now for us and I’m grateful for it every day. I love being in our comforting, supportive, playful, loving marriage. Happy anniversary my forever love, @jaredhaibon.”
Haibon also took to social media to celebrate their big day. In a heartfelt post, he called Iaconetti the best thing to ever happen to him.
“Happy one year anniversary my love,” Haibon wrote in an Instagram post. “You are undoubtedly the best thing to ever happen to me. I am forever grateful you are the person I get to share my life with. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this the best weekend of my life. I will forever be grateful.”
Bachelor producer Elan Gale also joined in to congratulate the couple. “A year ago today I had the overwhelming honor of officiating the magnificent wedding of two close friends,” he shared in an Instagram post.
“Two people whose entire lives had somehow collided in such a dramatic, unusual, and beautiful way,” Gale added. “As they exchanged vows I could almost see their hearts leap out of their chests in an effort to somehow be even nearer to each other. It f***ing devastated me in the best way. Love is weird and hard and always worth it. And if that isn’t the lesson of the life of Ashley I and Jared H, I don’t know what is.”
