According to Bri’s Bachelor profile on ABC’s website, the 24-year-old is a communications manager from San Francisco, California. The contestant works for a high-profile social media company that has yet to be revealed to the fandom. But when introducing the Bachelor Season 25 cast, host Chris Harrison claimed Bri’s job almost cost her spot on the show.
“[Bri] works for a tech company,” Harrison said in December 2020. “I’m not allowed to say what tech company, and I don’t want to put her job in jeopardy. But it is a big one. So much so because she almost wasn’t on the show because she obviously didn’t want to give up this amazing job.”
It goes without saying that Bri has a strong work ethic. Per her Bachelor bio, Bri attributes this to her mother and grandmother, as they “made countless sacrifices to give her a fighting shot at having a successful life.” Now, Bri also hopes to focus on her personal life. But will James be her perfect match? The contestant is looking for someone who can “keep life interesting and exciting.”
‘The Bachelor’ Season 25 star Matt James opens up about Bri Springs
Before Bri first appeared on The Bachelor Season 25 premiere, viewers had high hopes for the contestant. When she was introduced by Harrison in December, the host described Bri as the “total package” who will capture everyone’s attention on the show.
“Everybody will really fall for Bri. Beauty, brains, unbelievably sincere,” Harrison said. “Straight shooter, will always tell it like it is, wears her heart on her sleeve. Another girl who will catch Matt’s eye pretty early on. So keep an eye on Bri, because we all did.”
Then in The Bachelor premiere, Bri delivered. The 24-year-old was the first woman to walk out of the limo and the first person to receive a rose during the elimination ceremony. She also let James know her intentions right away.
“I’ve heard so much about you, and everyone speaks so highly of you,” Bri said to the new bachelor. “I don’t say that to make you nervous. But just know that I am here for this opportunity to get to know you.”

“It’s important to me to see diverse love stories. It’s not something I saw so much growing up,” Bri said. “My mom’s Persian. So she’s white-passing. And my dad’s Black. They were separated before I was born. So my mom was single her whole life and just kind of devoted her whole life raising me. I never really saw an example of what love was like.”
Then when speaking to producers in a confessional interview, Bri admitted she could see herself engaged to James at the end of The Bachelor.
“It feels right talking to him because I just forgot about everything else,” Bri said. “Everything flows so naturally. It’s kind of surreal. I’ve nerve had a feeling before where I meet someone, and I’m like, ‘We could be engaged after this.’ So it feels good.”
Now, Bri and James will get some more time together in the second week of The Bachelor Season 25. According to ABC’s synopsis, Bri will receive the first one-on-one date with James. But it could lead to some drama with the other cast members, including “Queen” Victoria Larson. “Matt’s adventurous first date with Bri triggers an emotional bombshell between the other jealous women, including Victoria,” the synopsis reads.
