True to her actions on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor, Hannah Ann Sluss has been sharing a list — called “Finasco to Fabulous” — for her followers on Instagram. The 23-year-old model planned out 10 posts featuring different ways that helped her through the “darkest time of her life.” Then on the fifth day of the series, Sluss expressed her thoughts on rebuilding trust. And quite frankly, it’s difficult to imagine how Sluss’ Instagram post isn’t a direct result of what happened with Weber on the ABC reality series.

What happened to Hannah Ann Sluss and Peter Weber on ‘The Bachelor’?

In The Bachelor Season 24 finale, Weber proposed to Sluss and she accepted. However, the happily engaged couple didn’t last long. After one month, Weber broke things off with Sluss. He said he couldn’t give her his whole heart. And although he didn’t mention it at the time, Weber was still in love with his runner-up, Madison Prewett, who self-eliminated on their last date.

Then at the After the Final Rose portion of The Bachelor finale, Sluss opened up about their breakup. She expressed her frustrations with Weber, as he blindsided her because he wasn’t honest about his feelings toward Prewett. And in a turn of events, Sluss revealed Weber also reached out to The Bachelorette’s Hannah Brown for closure.

Finally, when Sluss had the final word, she gave her ex a monumental pointer. “Word of advice, if you want to be with a woman, you need to become a real man,” she said.

Meanwhile, when speaking with Becca Kufrin and Rachel Lindsay on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, Sluss explained what happened with Weber, from the final week of filming to their split.

“The last words he told me on our ‘last-chance’ date was he was going to make a decision that was best for both of us and to trust him,” Sluss said. “When you’re with someone, you trust their word. And that’s why I showed up [to the proposal.] I was going to trust his words and follow through.”

Then during their engagement, Sluss noted Weber always spoke up about his feelings toward her. “He always made sure to reassure me I was his person, that I was the love is his life, and that he would always choose me,” she said. So the breakup viewers saw on The Bachelor was a surprise.

“When I showed up to the breakup, that was the first time I heard him say, ‘I can’t give you my whole heart,” Sluss said.

Why fans think Hannah Ann Sluss called Peter Weber out on Instagram

From Sluss’ perspective, Weber continuously asked for trust and broke it anyway. So when the model commented about trust in Day 5 of the “Finasco to Fabulous” series, it’s not entirely surprising fans thought Sluss was alluding to what happened with Weber.

“Trust Is A Must,” Sluss wrote. “Trusting can be really difficult but without it, connectivity and relationships suffer. For those who have freely trusted and been let down, I feel you. It takes guts to trust once again, to rebuild the courage to be vulnerable and transparent.”

Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time Sluss seemingly shaded Weber on Instagram. Following The Bachelor Season 24 finale, the 23-year-old confirmed she was single while referencing Weber’s occupation as a pilot.

“Flyin’ solo… no turbulence accepted. PERIOD,” Sluss wrote in the caption.

Then when thanking The Bachelor franchise for her journey on Weber’s season, Sluss completely cropped out Weber from the photo alongside host Chris Harrison. She also didn’t mention Pilot Pete. Sluss wrote:

So grateful to @abcnetwork and all the people involved in the show for making this difficult experience one that I could endure. I made a commitment to myself to be consistent, genuine, and truthful through this journey and I remained that way to the very end.

Allowing yourself to love someone is a vulnerable place to be, but I am thankful that I gave myself a chance in finding love regardless of the outcome. I encourage anyone looking for love to always stay true to you. Don’t accept anything less than 100% of someone’s heart — YOU DESERVE IT! Thank you from the bottom my heart for the love and support from old & new friends along the way. Your kind words brighten my day! Xo

All of Sluss’ posts on Instagram prove she is moving on from Weber after The Bachelor finale. And quite frankly, good for her. There was a load of heartbreak packed into Pilot Pete’s season. So here’s to the future — for everyone involved.
