In case you need a refresher, Chasen is originally from The Bachelorette Season 16. This means Chasen dated Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams. That said, the 31-year-old IT account executive from San Diego didn’t make a big splash until Tayshia’s half of the season.
Chasen fell into the background at the start of The Bachelorette Season 16. But when Tayshia became the new lead, Ed Waisbrot accused Chasen of being disingenuous and being on the show for Instagram followers. Then after the whole “smedium shirt” argument, Chasen revealed he was falling for the bachelorette.
In the end, it wasn’t meant to be. Tayshia eliminated Chasen in week 7 of The Bachelorette Season 16. Now, Chasen is hoping to find his perfect match on Bachelor in Paradise Season 7.

Bachelor Nation fans can find Chasen on Instagram under the handle @chasennick. One look at the cast member’s feed will tell you the contestant has stayed connected with others from the franchise, including Spencer Montgomery, Noah Erb, and Chris Conran. Then more recently, Chasen teased his appearance on Bachelor in Paradise Season 7.

We’re sure Chasen’s arrival on Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 will be dramatic. But for those of you who don’t want to wait, Bachelor Nation blogger Reality Steve already shared spoilers detailing Chasen’s time on BIP 2021. But ultimately, it doesn’t look like there will be a happy ending.
On June 30, Reality Steve claimed that The Bachelorette Season 14 star Becca Kufrin will call out Chasen upon her arrival. The franchise blogger also stated that Chasen will leave single, even after going on a date with Deandra Kanu.
“Chasen Nick arrived after the first rose ceremony and got called out by Becca because he had been telling guys pre-show he’d hung out with her, word got around, and Becca called him out for being there for clout,” Reality Steve wrote. “He went on a date when he arrived with Deandra but never got a rose.”
As mentioned, multiple Bachelor in Paradise previews for Aug. 30 and 31 have indicated that Chasen will arrive on the beach in Mexico. Other promos have also highlighted Becca’s return to the franchise. So if Chasen’s storyline unfolds like Reality Steve’s BIP spoilers, it seems we’ll see everything implode soon. Stay tuned.
