“This is a finasco!” The Bachelor news gets juicier every day. Not only do we have a new Bachelorette lead, Tayshia Adams, but Hannah Ann Sluss is on location at the same property. What is happening at the La Quinta Resort and Club where Clare Crawley began her journey as the star of The Bachelorette Season 16?
What happened with ‘The Bachelorette’ Clare Crawley?
On July 30, 2020, Clare Crawley informed “producers that she no longer wanted to participate in the show.” According to Life & Style, she found love already with one of the contestants and wanted to stop and choose him.
ABC did not make the announcement, yet, that Tayshia Adams is replacing Crawley. However, several outlets are sharing the news, including Entertainment Tonight.
“BREAKING: CONGRATS, TAYSHIA!” Lauren Zima wrote with a photo of Adams. “ET has learned Tayshia is the new #TheBachelorette. That doesn’t mean we won’t see Clare Crawley’s journey, and I can’t WAIT to watch them both. This will be a franchise first.”
It looks like the franchise wants viewers to watch the show to see how it all goes down this fall.
Fans believe Hannah Ann flew into the resort to film ‘Bachelor in Paradise’
Then, on Aug. 4, 2020, The Bachelor alum, Hannah Ann Sluss, was spotted at the same resort as the Bachelorettes with a large suitcase. The 24-year-old was also spotted talking to producer Julie LaPlaca.
“This season is so off the wall that absolutely anything and everything is on the table,” a source told Us Weekly. “Producers continue to reach out to women from the franchise in an attempt to salvage a season that just might be the most dramatic ever.”
After the news broke, fans began speculating why Peter Weber’s ex-girlfriend might be at the resort. One possibility is that she runs a group date; however, many fans thought her suitcase was rather large for a one night stay.
“Theory: They are proceeding with Tayshia as the bachelorette but are simultaneously filming some sort of BIP (or Summer Games) at the same time at the resort??” one fan wrote on Reddit. “Thoughts?”
Many other fans agreed that the producers could be working on another show at the same time.
“This is what I thought,” added one Redditor. “It’s a big resort — why not?”
Former Bachelorette, Becca Kufrin, was also spotted at the same resort
A Bachelor fan shared evidence indicating former Bachelorette Becca Kufrin is doing something on the La Quinta property. Using photos and videos from Kufrin’s Instagram story, the fan points out that the walls and windows are the same as the resort.
The reality TV star who is rumored to have broken up with fiance Garrett Yrigoyen is wearing a green bracelet like the ones at the Palm Springs resort. Fans believe this is more evidence that the producers are also filming Bachelor in Paradise.
“It has to be, right?” one fan added. “Everyone showing up there is single (Becca!!!!), and maybe they’re just letting Clare and Dale stay there too as long as they remain a couple, and bringing a ton of single women to mingle with the guys that are left?”
