Who are Joe Amabile, Serena Pitt, and Kendall Long from ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ 2021?
Serena P. is from Matt James’ season of The Bachelor. The 23-year-old from Canada became a quick fan-favorite. She also captured Matt’s attention with her sense of humor. But after Hometowns, Serena P. realized that Matt wasn’t her person. So she self-eliminated.
Meanwhile, Kendall is from The Bachelor Season 22 with Arie Luyendyk Jr. The 29-year-old was eliminated in week 9. Joe is also from an older season. He was originally from Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette. The 34-year-old was eliminated in the first episode. But even so, Grocery Store Joe became a fan-favorite and ended up on Bachelor in Paradise Season 5, where he met Kendall.
Joe and Kendall broke up before the BIP finale, and they rekindled their romance outside of The Bachelor bubble. However, the couple split again in January 2020.
‘BIP’ Season 7 teasers hint Joe Amabile will get with Serena Pitt or get back together with Kendall Long
When ABC dropped the synopsis for the Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 premiere, the network teased a major love triangle for Joe, and it seems he might question whether he should leave. But the teaser suggested that Joe meets someone who will make staying worth it.
“Joe immediately finds himself in a love triangle which leads him to question being back,” the synopsis says. “Has someone already proven to him that it’s worth sticking around?”
Meanwhile, multiple BIP promos have suggested that Joe and Serena P. will get together. The reality stars were spotted kissing and cuddling on the beach. Then in the July 29 episode of Click Bait, Joe even said his kiss with Serena P. was the “most romantic” part of the promo. Nevertheless, it seems there will be some trouble in Paradise.
In the season preview for Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, Kendall arrives and it throws everything off. Someone says that Joe is with Serena P. by the time Kendall comes to Mexico. Then Kendall and Joe appear to face off. They question why they both came, and they eventually hug it out.
“Kendall’s absolutely trying to stop this,” Joe says in a voiceover as Serena P. cries in a confessional.

For now, Bachelor in Paradise fans will have to watch whether Joe ends things with Serena P. to get back together with Kendall. But for those of you who don’t want to wait, Bachelor Nation blogger Reality Steve already shared spoilers about the love triangle moving forward.
Kendall will start something with Ivan Hall from The Bachelorette Season 16 with Tayshia Adams and Clare Crawley. But both Kendall and Ivan end up leaving single.
“Kendall Long had a tough time watching Joe’s relationship and ended up leaving the show,” Reality Steve wrote. “The last person she was involved with was Ivan Hall, who also ended up leaving.”
Reality Steve also claimed that Serena P. and Joe end up together in the Bachelor in Paradise finale.
“Joe and Serena are engaged,” the blogger wrote on June 30.
Whether Joe, Kendall, and Serena P.’s storylines match up with Reality Steve’s Bachelor in Paradise spoilers, it certainly seems like we’re in for some drama. So stay tuned.
