A contestant from Peter Weber’s season of ‘The Bachelor’ allegedly had a boyfriend while heading to the beach
It looks like there might be a contestant joining the Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 cast who isn’t there for the right reasons. According to the Instagram account Bachelor Tea Spill, Reality Steve noted Victoria P. from Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor didn’t come on the show for love, as she had a boyfriend back home when she first arrived.
“Victoria Paul was originally cast but was called out for having a boyfriend back home and ended up self-eliminating before the first rose ceremony even happened, so she was the first one gone,” the Instagram account detailed.
According to Reddit users, Victoria was dating a singer living in Nashville, Tennessee.
“I’m gonna believe this for the most part because Victoria P. went public with her boyfriend very recently, and the process to go to Paradise is not fast,” a Reddit user commented. “So, we can at least be sure that she was going through the casting process while having a boyfriend.”
When is ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ coming back?
So, when will Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 return? ABC announced the show will premiere on Aug. 16, 2021. Initially, it seemed the casting directors had trouble finding enough contestants to join due to controversy with Chris Harrison. But Harrison won’t host this season. Instead, comedian David Spade will serve as one of Harrison’s replacements. And it sounds like Spade knows the franchise quite well.
“I like it all,” the comedian noted of the show. “I just make fun of whatever’s in front of me.”
We look forward to seeing how it all unfolds on Aug. 16!
ABC did not return a request for comment regarding Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 rumors by the time of publication.
