‘Bachelor in Paradise’: Will Dale Moss Be on the Show After Split From Clare Crawley?
In the surprise of the week, Clare Crawley and Dale Moss called it quits. Fans had high hopes for the couple as they found love on The Bachelorette in record time. Unfortunately, their romance only lasted for five months. Will Moss be on Bachelor in Paradise now that he is single?
Clare Crawley and Dale Moss’ relationship
Moss and Crawley fell in love almost instantly. As soon as Moss got out of the limo, Crawley told the cameras that she thought she had just met her husband.
“That was something that you can’t really anticipate with anybody, you don’t know,” she told Entertainment Tonight after the show aired. ”[But I didn’t know] like, was he feeling that? Are we on the same page?
“Usually in my experience, as relationships go, there’s always somebody that’s ahead of the other person,” she continued. “It’s really rare that you connect on that same page at the same time, so it was just — it was one of those magical things that I guess just happens.”
From night one, Crawley showed Moss more attention than the other men. Eventually, it got so blatant that host Chris Harrison had to step in. In the end, Crawley ended up telling Moss how she felt and the two got engaged just a few weeks into filming.
Clare and Dale’s breakup
On social media, it seemed that Moss and Crawley were doing fine. But on Tuesday, Moss took to Instagram to announce their separation.
“I wanted to share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways. We appreciate the love and support we’ve received from so many people, but this is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time,” he wrote. “We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself – something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives. We only hope the best things for one another.”
According to sources, Moss and Crawley just weren’t on the same page.
“Clare and Dale were taking time apart and were working it out, but it led to a definite split,” a source told E! News. “Dale felt that he is not ready for marriage and was not ready to move to Sacramento for Clare. They were making a lot of plans that Dale could not commit to.”

Since the inception of Bachelor in Paradise, the show has brought fan favorites and villains from the Bachelor franchise together in order to find love. Moss became an early favorite on Crawley’s season as he received so much air time. Putting Moss on BIP would be a big draw for viewers.
But when paparazzi asked Moss if he’d be on BIP this season, he didn’t give a positive answer.
“I’m not there yet, man,” he said, according to PageSix.
When asked if he would potentially take on the lead role on The Bachelor, he also revealed that he wasn’t ready for that. So, while Moss didn’t jump at the chance to be on either show, he didn’t shut down the possibility of appearing on them in the future, either.
