Of course, the ABC reality series has been teasing the additional women since the premiere. But, only one stood out in multiple promos. So, who is Michelle from The Bachelor Season 25? According to Michelle’s Bachelor profile, the 27-year-old is an elementary school teacher who lives in Edina, Minnesota. James’ suitor is also a former Division I basketball player at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
Now, Michelle is looking to settle down and start a family. So, is James her perfect match? The contestant’s bio reveals what she’s really searching for.
“Her dream man is confident but not cocky and will look at her as his equal in all things,” the bio reads. “Michelle has big dreams for the future and says she wants a man by her side that is supportive and driven to make the world a better place. She is looking for the superman to her superwoman and says that, together, she hopes that she and Matt can fall in love and change the world.”

While Bachelor Nation fans must wait for Michelle’s arrival on The Bachelor Season 25 Episode 4, her ABC bio gives viewers a glimpse at the contestant’s personality beyond her career or relationship expectations. According to the profile, Michelle enjoys hiking with friends, wine tasting, and going on adventures, particularly if it involves food.
That said, it doesn’t look like Bachelor Nation viewers can catch any of Michelle’s past experiences on social media. Fans can find Michelle on Instagram under the handle @michelle.young.1. But, the 27-year-old is new to the platform, as she posted her first picture in April 2020.
“A little late to the Instagram party but, I made it,” Michelle wrote on Instagram.

Will Matt James and Michelle Young end up together on ‘The Bachelor’?
Bachelor Nation fans didn’t get to dive deep into Michelle’s social media, but she already made a splash in multiple promo trailers. Even before James’ Bachelor journey began airing on ABC, Michelle was spotted in a preview on a one-on-one date. So, when viewers realized the contestant would be added later in the season, many individuals predicted Michelle would make it far on the show.
Meanwhile, Bachelor Nation spoiler king Reality Steve (Steve Carbone) reported that Michelle makes it beyond Hometowns and Fantasy Suites. In a post published on Jan. 21, the blogger revealed Michelle will make it to James’ final two women alongside Rachael Kirkconnell. However, James will pick Rachael over Michelle in The Bachelor finale.
As always, the spoilers have yet to be confirmed by ABC. So, Bachelor Nation viewers will just have to wait and see how Michelle’s journey ends on James’ season. But, whatever happens next, we know it’s going to be quite the ride.
