Bachelor Nation Does Not Love That Hannah Ann Got Peter Weber’s First Impression Rose
Peter Weber’s first episode of The Bachelor aired last night and it was jam packed with drama and fun.
Limo entrances involved contestants piloting a miniature airplane, walking a cow, and shoving themselves into suitcases.
As the cocktail party began, one contestant in particular, Hannah Ann Sluss, made a point to get her time with the bachelor. She stole him a total of three times and kissed him twice, to several contestants’ chagrin.
Hannah Ann told the camera she normally doesn’t don such bold behavior, but when she really wants something she goes for it. As soon as she walked in the mansion she said, “I’m in love!”
Weber must have appreciated her boldness because he awarded Hannah Ann his first impression rose.
How Bachelor Nation feels about Hannah Ann getting the first impression rose
Bachelor Nation took to Twitter to weigh in on the bachelor’s choice.
“Really?? He gave the first impression rose to HannahAnn? Disappointed!!! #TheBachelor,” tweeted one fan.
“Y’all remember who got the first impression rose on Hannah B’s season right? Remember that first impressions aren’t everything. I think Hannah Ann is badddd news, Peter,” tweeted another.
“First impression roses are always crazy *ss people. I can’t stand HannahAnn#TheBachelor,” wrote another.
“Me to Peter when his dumb *ss gives Hannah Ann the first impression rose,” wrote one Twitter user along with a GIF of Tyra Banks famously shouting, “I was rooting for you! We were all rooting for you!”
“So far Peter has given his first impression rose to HannahAnn and then he took Kelley on that plane after she so clearly cheated Tammy like that….but I still love you Peter and I know you’ll make better decisions soon #thebachelor,” tweeted another fan.
Some fans could not get past the fact that Hannah Ann interrupted two other contestants to steal Weber.
“I liked HannahAnn until she stole Peter 2 more times! And then she gets rewarded for dbag behavior with the first impression rose #TheBachelor,” tweeted one fan.
“Rewarding HannahAnn with the first impression rose is just validating the already abhorrent behavior of interrupting for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time for more time with the lead. #TheBachelor,” tweeted another.
And some fans are thinking Hannah Ann might be this season’s villain.
“I’m calling it now, Hannah Ann will be “the villain” of the season #TheBachelor,” wrote another Twitter user.
We’ll have to wait and see how far Hannah Ann gets with Weber, and if she’s as villainous as some fans are thinking.
