The Bachelorette Season 17 premiere is on the horizon, which means ABC will be teasing Katie Thurston’s upcoming journey for the next few weeks. Now, the network has officially dropped Katie’s new Bachelorette promo poster — and the tagline is buzzworthy, to say the least.

Katie is the new star of The Bachelorette Season 17, and she initially appeared on Matt James’ season of The Bachelor. The 30-year-old bank marketing manager became an instant fan-favorite when she took out a purple vibrator while meeting Matt. The reality series also highlighted Katie’s sex-positive attitude and her willingness to stand up to bullies in the house.
Meanwhile, Matt eliminated Katie in week 6 of The Bachelor Season 25. However, the contestant was announced as the next bachelorette during “After the Final Rose,” and she was ready for her new role.
“I’m ready to find love and not just the temporary kind,” Katie said in March 2021. “I’m talking forever, my husband, and I’m in a place in my life where I’m the best version of me.”

Meanwhile, many Bachelor Nation fans believe Katie is done filming The Bachelorette Season 17. On April 27, Us Weekly reported that Katie’s season wrapped production “a week ahead of schedule.” Then Katie returned to social media and started promoting her season.

Whatever happens next, many Bachelorette fans are hopeful Katie’s season will be worth watching. Then on May 3, ABC dropped the new promo poster and created quite the buzz.
At first glance, Katie’s Bachelorette poster seems like your typical promo. But many fans quickly noticed some not-so-subtle nods to the lead’s purple vibrator on The Bachelor. In the teaser, Katie is wearing a purple skirt, and the photo has a purple filter. The slogan also solidifies the reference.
“See what all the buzz is about,” the tagline says.
Katie also added to the pun on Twitter. “Good vibes only,” the new Bachelorette star tweeted. “See you then!”
Meanwhile, many members of Bachelor Nation commented on Katie’s Bachelorette poster with excitement, including Tayshia Adams, who is co-hosting season 17 alongside Kaitlyn Bristowe.
“Yassssss!!!!” Tayshia wrote on Instagram, adding a heart-eyes emoji. Then Katie thanked the two co-hosts on the social media platform.
