Who are Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe from ‘The Bachelorette’
Tayshia and Kaitlyn have been part of The Bachelorette franchise for some time. Kaitlyn first appeared on Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor, and she became the lead for The Bachelorette Season 11. She also appeared in Dancing with the Stars Season 29.
Meanwhile, Tayshia went on The Bachelor Season 23 and Bachelor in Paradise Season 6. The reality star also headlined The Bachelorette Season 16, where she met her fiancé, Zac Clark.
Kaitlyn and Tayshia stepped in to co-host season 17 of The Bachelorette after longtime host Chris Harrison left the franchise and was reportedly paid a $9 million exit settlement, per Variety.
Kaitlyn Bristowe and Tayshia Adams confirmed to host ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 18 with Michelle Young
Throughout Katie’s season of The Bachelorette, viewers watched Tayshia and Kaitlyn tackle their new role as hosts. Now, it seems the two former leads will come back for another round.
According to Variety, Tayshia and Kaitlyn will return to co-host Michelle’s season of The Bachelorette. The publication also claimed that their contracts “include multi-year options.”
Nevertheless, ABC has yet to name a permanent host for The Bachelor franchise. So we still don’t know who will host The Bachelorette Season 19. That is if the network renews the reality series.

Tayshia and Kaitlyn opened up about hosting The Bachelorette when speaking on Bachelor Nation’s Click Bait podcast in July 2021.
“It’s very crazy to think about,” Kaitlyn said. “I oftentimes have an out-of-body experience every time we say, ‘Katie, gentleman, this is the final rose.’”
Meanwhile, Tayshia shared how she felt about returning for Michelle’s season of The Bachelorette. She said:
“I am very, very, very happy. In fact, I cried because it’s just so surreal that this is what I’m doing now. It’s really fun. … It was pretty surreal getting the news that I was doing it and then going out to start filming Michelle’s season on the same exact day that I signed my contract to be the bachelorette last year. Now, I have a fiancé by my side, I’m hosting the show. It’s just very surreal to me.”
When does the next season of ‘The Bachelorette’ with Michelle Young start?
When announcing Kaitlyn and Tayshia as the co-hosts of The Bachelorette Season 18 with Michelle, Variety claimed that the upcoming cycle just started production. Meanwhile, Bachelor Nation spoiler king Reality Steve claimed that the new season began filming on July 30.
Of course, the recent production update may not come as a surprise to some Bachelorette fans. ABC already confirmed The Bachelorette Season 18 premiere date on Tuesday, Oct. 19.
The Bachelorette Season 17 finale airs Aug. 9. Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 starts Aug. 16. Michelle’s season of The Bachelorette premieres Oct. 19.
