The BTS members have several celebrity fans and friends. Even TikTok’s Bella Poarch revealed that RM is her BTS bias, writing that the last screenshot on her phone was actually this rapper at the beach. Here’s what we know about Poarch’s not-so-secret crush on Kim Namjoon.

They call BTS artists — they call them idols. BTS is the world’s biggest boy band, with RM as the group’s unofficial translator and their official leader. This rapper is also a songwriter for the group, helping create “Boy With Luv,” “Life Goes On,” “My Universe,” and other hit songs.
The TikTok star-turned musician Poarch shared her support for this K-pop group and one member in particular. That’s RM, who is her BTS bias — a term used to describe a fan’s favorite member.

Poarch is a fan of BTS’ RM, publicly admitting her not-so-secret crush on the rapper. During one impromptu 2021 interview with Gossip Bae, this artist was asked if she has any celebrity crushes. She responded with, “yeah, so I have a crush on one of the members of BTS. I’m not going to name which one.”
Since then, Poarch has been pretty vocal about who her bias is. When she took the “Cosmo Quiz,” she revealed that the last screenshot on her camera roll was “a picture of Kim Namjoon at the beach.” In December 2021, Poarch even took to Twitter, writing “RM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
As part of a TikTok trend, Poarch posted a TikTok of herself and BTS’ RM on a beach. The picture used in the TikTok was photoshopped. That didn’t stop ARMYs from telling her to “get in line.”
Of course, BTS’ RM and Poarch are not confirmed to be dating. It’s still unclear if these celebrities ever met in real life. However, it is confirmed that Poarch is officially a part of the BTS fan base, joining celebrities Ariana Grande, Tyra Banks, James Corden, and Ansel Elgort.

BTS has celebrity ARMYs who often share their support for this K-pop group. Some even mentioned their favorite members of the group, including Jimmy Fallon, who sported a Jimin BT21 headband during one interview.
As the leader and a rapper in the group, some celebrities singled out RM as their favorite member. That includes Halsey, who even created a secret handshake with the “Persona” artist. In a rapid-fire style interview with MYX Philippines, Halsey was asked for her favorite member of BTS.
The artist replied, “Oh, that’s hard! I can’t pick one,” before whispering “RM.” As a fan of “old school rap,” John Cena mentioned his appreciation for the “b-side” tracks and rappers J-Hope and RM.
