‘Below Deck Med’ Season 6 Charter Guests Reveal Behind the Scenes Fun With the Crew
Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6 charter guests had a lot more fun with the crew than originally shown, including a battle of the wills standoff between bosun Malia White and guest Patrick Kirk. White and Kirk try to see who ends up in the water first and they both ultimately end up getting wet. Kirk also gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the master suite and answered a fan’s question about whether or not the show is scripted.
Malia White and ‘Below Deck Med’ charter guest Patrick Kirk play ‘King of the Mountain’
White didn’t stay dry during the guests’ beer Olympics. Perhaps as part of the competition, Kirk and White challenged each other to a standoff on one of the floating swim platforms. White may be small in stature but she ends up being a formidable opponent. Kirk’s wife Jennifer captured the standoff and shared the video on TikTok and Instagram.
“SOUND ON! Best King of the Mountain Ever! Epic! “If you’re not cheating you’re not trying,” she captioned the video. White grabs Kirk’s forearms strategically trying to push him over but he manages to maintain his balance. White continues to try to push Kirk over and a guest is heard saying, “Look at how strong she is! She’s got like muscles!” But despite giving it her all, Kirk manages to toss White into the water. White, however, gets the last laugh. She immediately jumps back on the swim platform and pushes Kirk into the water. Kirk is heard saying “If you’re not cheating you’re not trying” as he treads water.
‘Below Deck Med’ Patrick Kirk gives a behind-the-scenes tour of Lady Michelle’s master suite
Kirk also shared a video of what the master suite looks like on Lady Michelle. “For all the Belowdeck fans – here’s what it’s like walking into the main cabin!” he captioned the video. Kirk captured the room’s expanse, plus the ensuite bathroom.
Kirk also shared another video of the birthday cake chef Mathew Shea made for one of the guests. “Just wanted to help you guys redeem your cake making skills @courtneyveale and @mathewshea you guys did well on this one!” he captioned the video. Shea took a lot of heat for the cake he made for the previous group of charter guests. Stew Courtney Veale helped with the decorations and the primary looked disappointed.
Patrick Kirk addresses if ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’ is scripted
The Kirk group got a shout-out from chef Ben Robinson during Below Deck Galley Talk. Robinson remembered the group when they traveled aboard Sirocco on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4. “I know this guy. I know Patrick he’s a legend,” Robinson recalled to Kate Chastain. Kirk posted the Below Deck Galley Talk moment on Instagram. “From one legend to another! Thanks for the shoutout @benstogram ! While your a legendary chef, I am merely a legend in my own mind! That was awesome!” he captioned the video.
Someone asked Kirk if the show was scripted. “No script whatsoever!” he replied.
