Gary King from Below Deck Sailing Yacht told Showbiz Cheat Sheet that after the two docking debacles, he was ready for a third disaster to sneak up on the crew.

He said that bad things come in threes and from the latest episode, it is tough to determine which event completes the trio. The crew faces an intense rainstorm, which seemingly comes out of nowhere. But also the guests are not only demanding but start to fight with each other. To top it off, Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux thinks he may have chlamydia and eventually tells girlfriend Dani Soares. This prompts a shocking reaction from Soares, which could have serious consequences on the season.

Was the ‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’ docking disaster the calm before the storm?

The boat crash proves to be upsetting, but thankfully not devastating as the boat is quickly repaired and prepared for charter. “I think that the throttle malfunctioned,” Captain Glenn Shephard shared in a confessional. “There’s a computer in between the controls and the propeller to manage the load on the engine. It looks like my inputs were too much and so the computer just said, no I can’t do that.”

But several storms were brewing for the crew. The guests prove to be especially challenging. Erica Rose and her mother Cindi and friends are a handful for the crew. King and chief engineer Colin Macrae joke between themselves that the guests will be high maintenance. But their banter is squshed when they are busted by co-primary Jess Bryant Cimato.

The women enjoy several cocktails before dinner and end up ordering far more food than chef Natasha de Bourg could anticipate. They also demand massages and start fighting amongst themselves, which appears to reach a fever pitch by the next episode.

Making matters worse, the weather isn’t cooperating and suddenly the wind picks up and storms blow in. Lightning bolts are seen flashing around the boat as the crew scrambles to secure everything on deck. “We’re moving a lot,” Shephard said in a confessional. The crew commented on the horrific and dangerous lightning coming closer to the vessel. The guests complain they are seasick and Rose asks Shephard if he can get the boat to stop moving so much.
