Below Deck’s Alli Dore Says Gary King Was ‘Angry’ She Revealed He Had a Girlfriend During the Reunion
Alli Dore and Gary King from Below Deck Sailing Yacht left the reunion on a sour note after Dore revealed he had a girlfriend before joining the Parsifal III crew. Dore shocked fans and some of the crew with the news that King had a girlfriend, which he did not deny. While they seemed to resolve the issue during the reunion, she shared on her Instagram stories that she’s had almost no interaction with King since filming the reunion. And also that he was “offended” he didn’t know she was pregnant.

Dore shared that she and King spoke immediately after the crew filmed the reunion. “He was really angry with me for revealing he cheated on his girlfriend,” she wrote. “I’ve apologized because it’s not usually in me to throw someone under the bus.” She added, “I was very emotional and upset the day we filmed so I was super tightly wound after just watching the last few episodes earlier in the day.”
“And seeing a lot of things I didn’t realize went on,” she continued. “At the same time, I also don’t want to protect cheaters. The only interaction we have had since then is a screenshot of a troll’s comment that he sent to me after the reunion aired and that’s it. It’s a shame that we couldn’t remain amicable but too much damage was done.”
Gary King was also ‘offended’ he was the last to know about Alli Dore’s pregnancy
King was also “offended” that he didn’t realize Dore was pregnant. She announced her pregnancy during the reunion and he looked shocked. Dore and King must have also discussed her pregnancy during the call they had after the reunion. She shared, “He was offended he didn’t know,” she wrote.
“But this was news I didn’t want to go out of my way to share,” she continued. “And we barely spoke anymore by that time anyway! Close friends and family all already knew.”

Dore embarked upon a new relationship since leaving the show and announced she was expecting a baby with boyfriend Benny Thompson. But her boatmance with King was extremely tumultuous and the couple ended up in a love triangle. King hooked up with deckhand Sydney Zaruba after the first charter. But he insisted he was attracted to Dore. Zaruba seemed to pine for King, while he pursued and eventually hooked up with Dore.
While Dore and King no longer speak, Dore said she definitely does not hate him. “Gary and I are actually on platonic terms,” she said during an Instagram Pita Party. “We’re not friends, but we don’t hate each other. A lot of people ask me that actually. They ask me if we speak. We don’t speak, but we don’t hate each other.”
