Ben Affleck Quietly Hides Wedding Ring as He Steps Out With Jennifer Garner and His Mom
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez must be aware of the media scrutiny they currently face. Rumors are flying that there’s trouble in paradise for the married couple of less than two years. Yesterday, paparazzi spotted the father of three in LA. Affleck seemingly hid his left hand in his pockets nearly the entire time he was outside, removing it only to greet his mom.
Affleck joined his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, for a stroll on June 11. They paused before crossing a street in LA, seemingly spotting the paparazzi from afar. The Argo star wore a white zip-up, red tee shirt, light blue denim, and Travis Scott x Air Jordan sneakers. Garner donned sunglasses, a zip-up sweatshirt, leggings, and tennis shoes. Affleck noticeably hid his hands in his back pocket nearly the entire time they were exposed to the paparazzi.
The 51-year-old only revealed his left hand as he walked toward his mom to greet her for a hug. When he did show his hand, The Accountant star was wearing his silver wedding band on his ring finger. Affleck greeted Christopher Anne Boldt, who seemed happy to see her oldest son.
Three days prior, the Gone Girl actor listed the mansion he shares with Jennifer Lopez. They originally purchased the 17-bedroom, 24-bath home for $60 million in May 2023. The couple is asking approximately $65 million, which would be a loss after broker’s fees and a tax law on ultra-pricey properties.
After their own difficult end to 10 years of marriage, Garner and Affleck have remained close. They’re often spotted co-parenting their three children in southern California. Us Weekly recently reported that Garner is “encouraging Ben to work on his marriage to Jen. She fully supports their relationship and wants nothing more than for him to be happy.”
As Ben and his former Jen hung out with Boldt in Brentwood, his current Jen stepped out with her child nearby. Lopez and Emme visited The Grove on June 8, shopping at the high-end open-air mall despite paparazzi presence. The “Let’s Get Loud” singer wore her engagement ring and wedding band as she hustled her child past photographers.
Us Weekly has reported that the 54-year-old is “committed to working on the marriage” and that Affleck is ready to “invest more,” realizing “how much he misses Jen.” The alleged strife comes as Lopez recently canceled her world tour. The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer cited needing “time to be with her children, family and close friends.”
