Affleck visited The Drew Barrymore Show in 2023 and discussed how Lopez can eat anything while maintaining a slim physique.
“Let me tell you something that’s going to upset you,” Affleck said. “Jennifer just eats whatever she wants. Whatever she wants — pizza, cookies, ice cream. She works out. I work out, too! But I don’t magically appear to be 20 years old, you know what I mean, with the perfect skin and the whole thing. There’s no taking away the work ethic. The work ethic is real; the discipline is very real. But also, the superhuman thing is real. She’s the most gorgeous woman in the world. She looks spectacular.”
While Lopez likely doesn’t restrict herself too much with her diet, her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, told People that Lopez does stick to “very clean” foods. “I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing,” Anderson said in 2016. “It’s all organic, and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.”

“There are 28 shows I’m doing across the United States,” Lopez explained on LIVE with Kelly and Mark. “I haven’t been on tour in a while, so I figured, let me get out there. I have new music. Let me just kind of put it out there.”
Fans know that Lopez canceled her tour, stating that she needed to spend time with family and friends. However, during the interview, she said she was “in fighting shape.”
“But now, I’m ready to go,” she said, still anticipating her tour. “I’m, like, the thinnest I’ve ever been. I’m in fighting shape.”
A source told In Touch Weekly that Lopez waited as long as possible to call off the tour. “J. Lo left this decision to cancel her tour until the very last second,” the insider alleged, according to Yahoo. “It was a very hard call for her to make. But then she had a crisis meeting where it was explained to her just how bad ticket sales were, and the general consensus was that she’d save face by calling the whole thing off, which was obviously a huge blow, as she was so looking forward to going back on the road and getting comfort from her fans.”

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are reportedly living apart in 2024. While Lopez lives in the $60 million mansion, Affleck lives in a $100,000 monthly unit nearby. The couple reportedly plans to sell the Beverly Hills mansion, though a source says they remain “friendly.”
“They’re still friendly and see each other every few days,” an insider close to Lopez told People.
The couple has also been spotted spending time together for the good of their kids, as they don’t want their marital issues to impact their children.
