The members of this K-pop group are, of course, great at singing, dancing, and rapping. Still, some of the members have hidden talents. V loves photography. RM (and a few of the other members) are fluent in English. Jungkook and Jimin can draw. Like, really well. Here’s what the BTS ARMY is saying about these musicians and their artistic abilities.

BTS fans have seen Jungkook and Jimin drawing

Two of the singers in this K-pop group are actually pretty incredible artists. Both Jungkook and Jimin show off their drawing skills from time to time, although fans highly doubt drawing takes up a large part of their time. As the most popular boy band in the world, these members are ore often recording, rehearsing, and performing their music with BTS.

Jungkook’s dad even drew a portrait of his son, which was posted to Twitter. According to one translation from Smoopi, Jungkook captioned it, “My father has prepared a gift for ARMY,” with hashtags reading, “JK, Dad’s talented hand, my talent level is only 1% of my dad’s, Dad is the best, I love you ARMY, my dad loves ARMY, too.”

V may not be into drawing, as far as BTS fans know. This idol does, however, love photography and cinematography. When he released his solo song, “Winter Bear” during 2019, it came with a music video of V taking his cameras across the globe. The video itself was directed by this K-pop idol.

Some fans posted the BTS members’ art to social media

How do fans know that these boys are often doodling? From video clips to pictures posted to social media, fans on Quora noticed that secret talent that these boy band members have. Some even shared their favorite pictures on the platform, including a painting created by the “Golden Maknae,” Jungkook.

“For sure the two of them,” one Quora user said, sharing pictures by Jungkook and Jimin. “They both seem to like drawing, and are pretty skilled! Taehyung loves art but he likes painting more than drawing, I think.”

“As for all the other members I’m not sure. I think they’re all pretty OK at least at drawing, but obviously, visual arts isn’t really one of their main interests right now,” the Quora user continued.

There’s a Bangtan Bomb featuring Jungkook drawing

Fans can catch the BTS boys doodling during Bangtan Bombs, or even during “V Live” videos, where some of the members show off their skills and other interests. One Bangtan Bomb, posted during 2019, specifically focused on Jungkook drawing.

The five-minute-long video earned over 4 million views since being posted. More pictures of drawings by the BTS members can be found on Quora and other social media sites. Of course, music by BTS, including their recently released album, Map of the Soul: 7, is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major streaming platform.
