Beyoncé and Jay-Z are under the microscope following Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest and subsequent allegations against Jay-Z. In December 2024, a woman came forward and alleged that Jay-Z raped her at 13 years old. Combs and another female celebrity were allegedly present. Due to the allegations, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter’s future stadium tour and other planned events might derail.

Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, faces serious allegations in December 2024. According to the plaintiff, Jay-Z raped her at 13 years old at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000. Sean “Diddy” Combs was allegedly present and also assaulted the girl. The plaintiff noted that another female celebrity was present at the time.

Jay-Z denied the claims. In a statement, he explained how he and his family — including Beyoncé and their three children — are heartbroken by the allegations.

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!!” he stated. “Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

Beyoncé has yet to publicly acknowledge the allegations against her husband. A source told The U.S. Sun that though she doesn’t have direct involvement in the situation, her (currently unannounced) 2025 stadium tour and Christmas NFL halftime performance might suffer.

“Bey and Jay are one of the most dominant power couples on the globe, so even though the claim has nothing to do with her, her name had already been dragged into online speculation,” the insider noted. “The plan was for Beyoncé to perform a new song during her Christmas Day halftime show before kicking off a new era. Beyoncé has Act III of her three-act album saga to announce, as well as a huge stadium tour.”

Beyoncé might have attempted to put the rumors to rest with her Christmas NFL halftime teaser. On Dec. 11, 2024, she posted a video to social media titled “A Cowboy Carter Christmas.”

“HALFTIME SHOW, RAVENS VS. TEXANS, CHRISTMAS DAY, LIVE ON NETFLIX,” the caption of the YouTube video states.

The teaser begins with a clip of Beyoncé’s leg walking through snow in heels. She’s wearing tight white pants and a feather coat. She delicately places an ornament on a cactus as the camera pans out to show her in full Cowboy Carter glory. Beyoncé is wearing a white cowboy hat and a feather top to match the rest of her ensemble. She points to the sky and blows two bullets out of her fingers shaped like a gun. Before winking at the camera, she brings her finger gun to her mouth and blows the smoke out.

Jay-Z allegedly feels ‘infuriated’ that his friendship with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has brought him down

A source told DailyMail.com that Beyoncé is extremely upset by the allegations against Jay-Z. The insider noted that Jay-Z also feels upset that his friendship with Sean “Diddy” Combs has led him to this.

“Beyoncé isn’t in a good place at all and is surrounded by her mother and other friends at their home in LA,” the insider alleged. “She has canceled some surprise promotional appearances. Jay has reassured her that he isn’t guilty of anything and is infuriated that his friendship with Diddy has dragged him into this.”
