The rapper claimed to have “dominion” over his wife and said he has the final say in what she does. Following the rants, rumors swirled that Censori planned to file for divorce.

West and Censori’s representative, Milo Yiannopoulos, denied the divorce claims. “Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. “Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press. Is this the fifth or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track.”

Initial reports of the alleged divorce suggested West and Censori don’t have a prenup and Censori would receive a $5 million payout. However, Attorney Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers told The U.S. Sun that Censori could get a lot more than that.

“I would advise Bianca to ask for a lot more than the $5 million that was previously reported,” Rahmani said. “California is a community property state and without a prenup; she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations. Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.”

Rahmani added that Censori is currently supporting West as a witness in multiple lawsuits. This comes along with reports that West is having trouble keeping legal representation amid his X rants. Rahmani noted, “Kanye better make sure she is happy and doesn’t turn on him,” as he might need her more than she needs him.

Ye ‘doesn’t trust’ his wife, according to multiple sources

Bianca Censori will likely stick by Kanye West’s side, even through his most controversial moments. However, West allegedly remains skeptical of his wife. An insider told Parade that West “doesn’t trust anyone,” which puts “pressure” on his relationships.

“When Kanye isn’t taking care of himself, he doesn’t trust anyone, including his wife, which puts endless pressure on their marriage,” the source said. “It was the downfall of his first marriage.”

Another source elaborated on West’s trust issues to The U.S. Sun in October 2024.

“Kanye has had issues where he says he doesn’t trust her, but they always reunite after a break,” the source claimed. “If anyone is going to file for divorce down the line, it would be Kanye, but he’s religious and believes in marriage, so he’d give it his best shot to keep it together.”

Kanye West’s X rants alarmed many of his followers. However, an insider told The U.S. Sun that Bianca Censori and others in West’s inner circle weren’t surprised to see the rampage and thought of it as “Ye being Ye.”

“His dad checks in with him via phone, and Bianca and his friends are there, but they have seen this so many times they don’t take action, they feel it will pass,” the source alleged. “Ye always does what he wants to do, nobody can control him, and he’ll only come off social media when he’s ready to stop ranting. He’s never cared about the consequences.”

While West’s “friends” allegedly “worry” for the rapper, “there’s really nothing they can do, and they have to just let it play out.”
