‘Big Brother’ Alums, Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo Are Postponing Their Wedding Again
This last season of Big Brother had some wedding drama. That’s because Nicole Franzel is getting married to Victor Arroyo, and some of the cast members were invited. Their big day was supposed to be coming up soon, but the couple gave an update.
Nicole Franzel talked about her wedding on ‘Big Brother 22’
Franzel is engaged to Arroyo, and there were other Big Brother alums invited to her wedding. So the big event was mentioned on Big Brother 22.
Franzel didn’t get along with Janelle Pierzina, and their show drama boiled over into their real life. Franzel decided to take back her wedding invite when Pierzina was evicted from the house.
“I know you probably don’t want to come to my wedding, so just don’t worry about it,” she said in her goodbye message to Pierzina. Pierzina was sent home and she later shared a picture of Franzel’s wedding invitation on Twitter.
“Just received my invite. 3k for hotel so Nicole’s reception and hotel stay can basically be comped. Glad I don’t have to go. I hate cheap a** weddings where the go to song is Cotton Eyed Joe,” she tweeted.
The season ended with Franzel placing third and being the last one to get into jury. She later talked about her future plans after the season ended.
Franzel talked about wedding planning with Victor Arroyo
Franzel was very emotional in the finale. But she talked about being happy to be with her loved ones after it.
“It’s been so wonderful being reunited with Victor and my family,” Franzel told ET Canada. “It’s nice to be surrounded by people that love you and are not tryna manipulate you. So I’m just like loving every second of it.”
She talked about being happy she had Arroyo come to California after the season to be with her. But she also said she can’t relax just yet. “I have so much stuff with the wedding that I have to catch up on. It’s in a month. I have so much,” she said. The couple has since made an announcement about their wedding plans.
They postponed their wedding again
Franzel talked about coming back home and having to plan their wedding. But it looks like her wedding plans are on hold again.
“We were very much looking forward to celebrating our wedding with a small group of close friends and family this December, but due to COVID-19, we had to make the difficult but necessary decision to postpone until May 2021,” the couple told Us Weekly.
This announcement comes after they posted a picture together on Instagram two days ago. They captioned it with “Only ✨ONE month✨ til I MARRY this hunk #arroyalwedding.” It looks like the couple will be adjusting their plans again due to the pandemic.
