‘BIP’: Fans Are Telling Demi Burnett And Her New Boyfriend To ‘Get A Room’ After These Spicy Instagram Photos
After Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, Demi Burnett was a sure bet for Bachelor in Paradise thanks to her fiery personality.
There, she broke barriers by pursuing a relationship with a woman named Kristian Haggerty, who she’d met outside of the franchise and had been dating back in Los Angeles prior to filming. At the end of the season, the two got engaged. However, in October 2019, Burnett and Haggerty announced their split on Instagram.

As of this weekend, Burnett’s been posting about her new love interest, Salter Davis. Davis is a musician in Los Angeles.
On February 22, Burnett posted a photo of her and Davis out to dinner, presumably in celebration of her birthday. She captioned the post, “The present I never knew I needed.”
Burnett fans might have noticed, about a week prior, Burnett posted a photo of her and Davis but called him her friend in the caption. Either the reality star wasn’t ready to share her new love interest with the world, or they weren’t there yet.

Then, late on Sunday, Burnett posted a few spicy photos of her and Davis kissing poolside.
“At first glance he looks naked lol,” captioned Burnett.
Burnett’s always been an advocate for unashamed sexuality. She spoke about it during Underwood’s “Women Tell All,” that in this day in age women shouldn’t be ashamed of being “promiscuous,” and she’s currently promoting a clothing line called “Sex Positive,” that celebrates the same sentiment.
Still, some fans voiced their discomfort with Burnett’s latest Instagram photos.
“Alright I’m done with this. See you never,” commented one Instagram user.
“eww mom and dad get a room!!!!” wrote another, seemingly a friend of Burnett’s.
Burnett responded to a few of the haters, as she’s not one to let mean-spirited comments go.
“Tmi. Please delete. And give back the ring,” commented one person, referring to the ring Burnett received from Haggerty.
“naw I’m tryna pawn it,” the reality star responded.
“You’re that desperate for attention??!!!” wrote another person.
“just a cute pic my friend took why are u so bothered by my joy,” Burnett wrote back.
Though some Instagram users are giving Burnett a hard time for her PDA photos with her new love interest, it seems the majority is just thrilled to see Burnett happy.
“yessssss QUEEN DEMI,” wrote one fan.
“go off demi,” commented another.
“It makes me happy to see you so happy Demi!! Cuties!!!” wrote another Instagram user.
As for Davis, he recently made his relationship with Burnett Instagram official as well. On Sunday, he posted two photos of them with him looking at the camera and Burnett looking away.
“babe, look at me,” he captioned the post.
Since Haggerty (someone outside of The Bachelor franchise) appeared on BIP last season, fans are wondering if Davis will be hitting the beach this summer. We’re thinking most likely not. While Burnett and Haggerty had been only casually dating before Paradise, Burnett and Davis could have something a little more serious established by then, and BIP is for singles, after all. That being said, we hope Burnett and Davis are happy, whether they’re on our TV screens or not.
