On July 26, an account called Blake Brown Beauty mysteriously appeared on Instagram. Blake Lively followed the account, and eagle-eyed fans immediately noticed that it followed her back. Now, Blake Brown Beauty has over 5,000 Instagram followers and counting.

What does this mean? Many believe Lively is teasing a new beauty brand. The only post on the page is a close-up photo of what appears to be Lively’s signature blonde hair pulled back in a bun. The 36-year-old hasn’t officially announced a beauty brand yet, but we can get some inspiration from her iconic makeup looks.

Blake Lively is known for her natural, ‘no-makeup’ makeup

Lively may not be the first person who comes to mind when you think of celebrity makeup. But fans know the Gossip Girl star for her natural beauty and subtle makeup choices. The No. 1 look of the mother of four? A “no-makeup makeup” look.

Lively’s dewy skin

Any natural beauty look should include healthy, glowing skin — something Lively always brings to red carpets and acting roles. The Age of Adeline star’s dewy looks inspire internet searches around the world, seeking her radiant look.

Metallic smoky eye look

When Lively wants to look a bit more done up, she almost always opts for a bronzed smokey eye. A dark, coal-focused look risks making her fair skin and hair look messy. So the A Simple Favor star wisely opts for bronzes, mochas, and taupe eyeshadow to level up her eye makeup. “Blake Brown Beauty” certainly brings this makeup to mind.

Peachy pink lips and cheeks

Another natural-adjacent Lively look: peachy pink blush and gloss for a youthful glow. She knows that blue eyes pop with shades of brown and peach.

Old Hollywood glam

The Shallows star occasionally goes “Old Hollywood glam,” styling her hair into wavy curls and sweeping her hair to the side with a deep part. No classical Hollywood look is complete without a red lip and black eyeliner.

Kohl-rimmed eyes

Another Blake take on smokey makeup: The LA native occasionally lines her eyes with a smudged of kohl eyeliner. This is about as dark as she will take her makeup, opting for a subtle kohl liner rather than overpowering her features.

Bright pink lip

Blake Lively started wearing bright pink lipstick in the mid-2000s and never looked back. The wife of Ryan Reynolds often wears the rosy hue to more fun events like summer blockbuster red carpets.

Bronzed skin

Lively has sported gorgeous bronzed skin since her breakout role in 2005’s The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Since then, fans have known and loved her long blonde locks and tanned skin. Given Blake’s healthy glow, we assume she opts for spray tans over sun exposure most of the time.
