Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk Plan On Remaining Cordial When It Comes To Raising Their Daughter
Though their breakup is still fresh, Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk are already taking the necessary steps to maintain a normal lifestyle for the sake of their daughter.
With them already going their separate ways, the former couple plans on remaining in in each other’s lives in order to continue raising their little girl.
Even though they no longer see a future together, Bradley and Irina are doing everything in their power to make sure their breakup doesn’t affect their two-year-old daughter in the slightest.
They are working together to raise their daughter
It’s been a few days since Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk went their separate ways after being together for four years.
With many factors playing a part in them falling out of love, Bradley and Irina eventually agreed that they would both be better off if they just called it quits.
Sources revealed back when news broke of their split that Cooper and Shayk “spent time apart to test the waters” but soon realized that “they couldn’t find that spark,” and ultimately ended things.
Though they haven’t been happy in their relationship for a while, the only thing keeping the two celebrities together was their two-year-old daughter, Lea de Seine Shayk Cooper.
Now that they have officially split, Cooper and Shayk plan on maintaining a civil relationship when it comes to raising their daughter.
Sources have revealed that Cooper and Shayk “are amicable” and are going to remain in each other’s lives for Lea’s sake.
“They both want what’s best for their daughter and so far things are amicable,” a source revealed to E! News. “They’re working out custody details and putting everything in writing so there’s no confusion.”
They are spending the same amount time with Lea
Though it’ll take some time for Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk to finalize a custody agreement, they are making sure their time is evenly spent with their daughter.
Bradley and Irina even want to continue “spending time together as a family,” another insider says. “Bradley is a great dad. He has always been very involved with his daughter.”
With their split just taking place, Irina Shayk has been vacationing in Iceland while Bradley Cooper and Lea have been spending quality daddy-daughter time together.
“While Irina has been out of town, and through the week when news broke of their split, Bradley and his daughter Lea spent the weekend at a house up in Big Bear,” a source revealed.
Because Bradley and Irina love their baby girl so much, they want to do whatever it takes to make sure she continues having a normal childhood.
Though they are no longer together, the former couple plans on maintaining some type of relationship in order to continue being active parents.
“They love their little girl dearly and that’s not going to change no matter what,” a source shared with PEOPLE. “They want what’s least disruptive for their baby, [and] would like to keep things as consistent as possible for her,” the same source shared.
When it comes to parenting, sources have confirmed that Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk are on the same page and only want what’s best for their little girl.
