Braunwyn Windham-Burke Spotted For the First Time Since News Broke She Is the New Star of ‘RHOC’
Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke is soaking up some sun. The reality star was spotted on a beach in Miami this week, rocking a revealing bikini and showing off her massive back tattoo. The outing is the first time Windham-Burke has stepped out in public after announcing that she is the new star of RHOC now that Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge are officially off the show.
‘RHOC’ undergoes big changes
Braunwyn Windham-Burke stirred up a lot of drama in her first season on RHOC. Not only did she admit that she loves having threesomes with her husband, Sean Windham-Burke, but she also enjoyed a make-out session with Judge, who has also confirmed that she is not returning to the show.
When it comes to Gunvalson, Windham-Burke did not get along with the OG of the OC. She may miss Judge next season, but there is little doubt that Windham-Burke is happy about Gunvalson’s exit.
As fans may recall, Bravo host Andy Cohen asked Gunvalson to say three good things about the RHOC newcomer during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in December. After Gunvalson admitted that she doesn’t have anything nice to say about Braunwyn Windham-Burke, she took to Twitter and asked, “Vicki, if it’s your show why aren’t you holding an orange?”
The comment was a reference to Gunvalson getting demoted to part-time status last season. Gunvalson had a difficult time losing her orange, and the fact that Bravo refused to invite her back as a full-time cast member is probably why she ultimately walked away.

Windham-Burke may have only joined RHOC in season 14, but producers are convinced that she is going to be the show’s new star in season 15.
Bravo has not announced which cast members will back for season 15 of RHOC, but inside sources claim that the network wants Windham-Burke to take the lead.
“Braunwyn is going to be the star of the show now,” an insider dished.
The source added that a few of Windham-Burke’s friends are also in the running to join the series in season 15. If that happens, then Windham-Burke could be a fixture on the series for years to come.
Producers apparently like how Braunwyn Windham-Burke is willing to share everything about her personal life, which has created a lot of drama with her co-stars. She also has a nice home in Southern California that is perfectly suitable for scenes.
Windham-Burke steps out for the first time in weeks
With RHOC experiencing some major casting changes in season 15, Windham-Burke was recently spotted enjoying herself on a beach in Miami. According to Hollywood Life, the reality star was in Florida to celebrate the birthday of Kelly Dodd’s fiancé, Rick Leventhal, who turned 60 years old.
Braunwyn Windham-Burke rocked a floral bikini for the beach outing, complete with sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat to protect her face from the sun. Windham-Burke looked very comfortable showing off her toned body and seemed to enjoy her time in the sun.
Windham-Burke was joined by her husband in Miami, but her seven children, Bella, Rowan, Jacob, Caden, Curran, Koa, and Hazel stayed home in California.
Dodd was not spotted on the beach with Windham-Burke.
Vicki Gunvalson lashes out
Although she is no longer a part of RHOC, Gunvalson recently slammed Braunwyn Windham-Burke on social media. After confirming her exit from the show, Gunvalson blasted Windham-Burke for partaking in “filthy behavior,” which was presumably a dig at her co-star’s threesomes.
“I do not agree with the behavior of the new cast member and it’s my opinion which [I] am entitled to. Do you agree with her filthy behavior?” she wrote on Twitter.
During her brief cameo at the Season 14 reunion, Gunvalson criticized Windham-Burke for her scandalous sexual behavior and noted that she did not like her make-out session with Judge.
The comments came shortly after Gunvalson confirmed that she will not film any scenes for season 15 of RHOC. Instead, Gunvalson is looking forward to spending more time with her fiancé, Steve Lodge, whom she is set to marry later this year.
“I will always be the OG of the OC, but it’s time to say goodbye to The Real Housewives of Orange County,” she shared. “It’s been an incredible ride for 14 years and I want to thank all of you for your support, for your love and for ‘whooping it up’ with me along the way.”
Judge has also confirmed that she is walking away from the reality series, even though producers invited her to return as a part-time cast member. Gunvalson was the only original cast member remaining on the show, while Judge joined way back in season 3.
