BTS Will Hold 4 In-Person Concerts in LA
Just weeks after officially canceling the Map of the Soul Tour, BTS announced they will hold four concerts in Los Angeles. BTS‘ Permission to Dance On Stage – LA concerts will take place on Nov. 27, Nov. 28, Dec. 1, and Dec. 2. The concerts will be held at LA’s SoFi Stadium.
What we know about BTS’ upcoming concerts
Leading up to the in-person concerts in LA, BTS will hold a virtual concert called Permission to Dance On Stage. The online concert will be streamed for fans on Oct. 24 at 5:30 a.m. EDT and 6:30 p.m. KST.
Permission to Dance On Stage – LA will not be a full-length tour, and instead will be a four-night concert event. BTS will perform the concerts on Nov. 27, Nov. 28, Dec. 1, and Dec. 2 at the SoFi Stadium.
A press release about the concerts states:
“… BTS have announced their additional show dates for 2021 in North America with four special nights at LA’s SoFi Stadium on November 27, November 28, December 1, and December 2. The in-person concert will proceed under the national and regional health regulations and circumstances. This concert will be the first time ever for BTS and ARMY to meet face to face since the 2019 BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ [THE FINAL].”
How BTS fans can buy tickets for Permission to Dance On Stage – LA
There are multiple ways for ARMY to purchase tickets for Permission to Dance On Stage – LA. All ticket sales for the upcoming concert dates will be held on Ticketmaster.
Registration for presale tickets is open from Sept. 27 to Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. PDT and 9 p.m. EDT. Fans who originally had tickets for BTS’ canceled Map of the Soul Tour will get priority.
ARMY who purchased VIP Gold or Silver Soundcheck Package tickets for the Map of the Soul Tour will be able to take part in a VIP presale for Permission to Dance On Stage – LA on Oct. 5. Fans who bought general tickets for the canceled tour will have a presale on Oct. 6.
Members of BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP can buy tickets via a presale on Oct. 7, but fanclub holders must be sure to register for the pre-sale by Oct. 2.
On Oct. 8, there will be a General Verified Fan Presale. The remaining tickets for BTS’ LA concerts will be made available to the general public on Oct. 9.
BTS shared the exciting news
On the BANGTANTV YouTube channel, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook posted a video announcing the LA concert dates.
“We’ve been itching to tell you. I hope this news will make ARMY glad,” Jungkook said in the video.
“The time for us to dance together without permission is nearing,” Jin added. “Let’s have a fun time together.”
In the video, J-Hope told fans, “We’re working hard to compensate you for your long wait. So please look forward to it.”
