BTS ‘Bring the Soul’ — Here’s the Release Date and Information About the Boy Band’s Newest Movie
The journey of BTS continues. Hot off the heels of their mobile game, BTS World, the K-Pop group returns to the silver screen with their third full-length movie. Bring the Soul: The Movie premieres during summer 2019 and features all seven members of the boy band. Here’s what we know about BTS’ movie.
What is ‘Bring the Soul’ about?
As one of the biggest boy bands in the world, this is not the BTS’ first full-length movie. In 2018, the group premiered their film, Burn the Stage: The Movie. In it, they shared footage from live shows, interviews, and candid clips of the boys in between performances. According to Variety, Bring the Soul: The Movie “arrives six and a half months after the septet’s last film release, Love Yourself in Seoul.”
Bring the Soul: The Movie, the third film regarding the boy band, stars all seven members of BTS. That includes RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. This movie will follow a live concert performance from the Love Yourself tour.

Where will ‘Bring the Soul: The Movie’ premiere?
BTS is making this movie accessible to most fans; Bring the Soul premieres worldwide in August 2019. Still, some fans are asking for the film to be available on Netflix, so that they can watch it no matter their location.
“We would love to see [Bring the Soul] being played on Netflix, and since many ARMYs and the general public have it, it will be easier for many people to access it,” said one Twitter user. “And if you need stats to see if this will work Netflix. Many bought a $30 ‘V Live’ live stream for their Wembley concert & also tend to raise sales/sell out products related with them.”
The group has not yet released the theater locations of the film. However, information about the flick can be found on the movie’s website, bringthesoulthemovie.com.
Their video game, ‘BTS World,’ premiered on June 26
This K-Pop group is on the silver screen, on the stage, and on fan’s phones. Aside from Bring the Soul, BTS now keeps their fans connected with an app on their phones. Their mobile game, BTS World, premiered on June 26, 2019. In this game, fans act as the manager of the group, advising them where to embark on their newest adventures. An original soundtrack for the game is expected to drop on June 28, 2019.
BTS is not the first celebrity to release an app for fans to use. In 2014, Kim Kardashian released her game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, which quickly became one of the most popular apps.
Tickets for Bring the Soul: The Movie release on July 3, 2019. The movie releases globally on August 7, 2019.
