Kang Tae-mu learns the truth about Shin Ha-ri in ‘Business Proposal’
The webtoon K-drama storyline centers on a small lie blown out of proportion. By Business Proposal Episode 5, Tae-mu learns the Shin Geum-hui he has been dating is a fake. After calling her phone and seeing his employee Shin Ha-ri answer, he is enraged that he has been fooled.
Being the petty rich CEO he is, Tae-mu decides to enact some revenge. At work, he has Ha-ri redo her upcoming soon-to-be-launched white kimchi ravioli over and over. Along the way, Tae-mu starts to realize he has developed some feelings for Geum-hi. He is now confused as Geum-hi is actually Ha-ri.
He tries to fool Ha-ri into attending the company’s fundraiser ball while inviting Geum-hi as his date. After worrying about a drunk Ha-ri and running to her aid, he realizes she is not to blame for the lie. Tae-mu breaks off the business proposal with Geum-hi.
Meanwhile, Young-seo continues her small battle with Sung-hoon. At home, Young-seo breaks the lamp gifted to her by a creepy tenant. She learns the lamp was modified to have a small camera. As she tries to go to the police, Sung-hoon comes to her rescue when the tenant steals the lamp. Tae-mu learns they are at the police station and informs Geum-hi when she arrives for dinner with his grandfather and spills that he knows she is Ha-ri.
Shin Ha-ri is proposed marriage in ‘Business Proposal’ Episode 6 teaser
Business Proposal Episode 6 will start on an interesting note. Fans know Tae-mu has realized he developed some feelings for Ha-ri. The preview shows that Tae-mu might be trying to swoon Ha-ri into liking him for real. Using his connections and status, fans see Tae-mu interrogating the perverted tenant. It might be that he learned the lamp likely recorded Ha-ri as well.
For Business Proposal Episode 6, fans see him take Ha-ri out on an extravagant dinner date and kindly tie her shoes at the beach. But Ha-ri believes Tae-mu gave her a hard time at work to fire her. Fans see her hand in a resignation letter.
To most people’s surprise, Tae-mu has another trick up his sleeve. The teaser for Business Proposal Episode 6 ends with Te-mu down on one knee with a baby blue Tiffany box. Ha-ri is shocked, to say the least. Tae-mu proposes, “Do you want to start seeing each other with marriage in mind?”
The sixth episode will have fans on the edge of their seats. While Tae-mu is trying to understand his feelings for Ha-ri, he proposes marriage as an opportunity to get to know her and possibly fall in love. All while fulfilling his grandfather’s wish. Fans know Ha-ri also started feeling something for Tae-mu, but will she say yes?
‘Business Proposal’ Episode 6 will air on Netflix
The beauty of Business Proposal is that it debuts during the week with back-to-back episodes. Fans do not have to wait long to see if Ha-ri will accept Tae-mu’s new proposal. Business Proposal Episode 6 will air on Tuesday, March 15th, for global fans.
The air time will depend on the time zone. Business Proposal Episode 6 will be available to stream at 11 a.m. EST and 8 a.m. PST for U.S. fans. Fans can then look foward to Business Proposal Episodes 7 and 8 on March 21 and March 22 at the same time.
