It’s hard to believe, but it’s been exactly 10 years since Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers ended their short-lived relationship. They remained friends for years in the wake of their split, but are no longer close. Now, he’s married to Sophie Turner, and she’s getting serious with another actor. Here’s a look at all the celebrities she’s dated since Jonas.

Fans love to see the romantic leads in their favorite movies get together. That’s precisely what happened with Lovato and Jonas, who were co-stars in the Disney Channel Camp Rock films. They confirmed their relationship in mid-2010, even doing a Teen Vogue profile together. But less than two days later, shortly before the sequel debuted, they broke up.

He wasn’t the first Disney-affiliated star she dated during her years on the network. Lovato went out with Cody Linley (who appeared in Hannah Montana) in 2008. The next year, Lovato was linked to Metro Station musician Trace Cyrus, older brother of her good friend, Miley Cyrus (also of Hannah Montana fame)

She was with Wilmer Valderrama

Lovato’s longest relationship to date was with actor Wilmer Valderrama. According to her 2017 documentary Simply Complicated, they met while doing a PSA for Voto Latino. At the time, he was 29 years old, while she was just 17. “When I met him and laid eyes on him for the first time…I was like, ‘I love this man. And I have to have him.'”

Months later, after things ended with Jonas, she and Valderrama got together. They dated on and off for six years, breaking up a couple of times early on but later rekindling things. They officially ended their relationship in 2016. “We decided together than we’re just probably better off as friends,” Lovato said.

Who else has Lovato dated?

After Valderrama, Lovato dated a few different men for short periods. She was linked to two mixed martial arts fighters, Luke Rockhold and Guilherme “Bomba” Vasconcelos, in 2016 and 2017. Lovato then went through a difficult period leading up to her 2018 overdose.

Following her recovery and return to the public eye, Lovato was thought to be dating fashion designer Henri Alexander Levy. She kept most of these relationships under wraps but did go public with model Austin Wilson in November 2019 on Instagram. They broke up in early 2020.

She went on a date with Mike Johnson

Before Lovato went public with Wilson, she began an online flirtation with The Bachelorette contestant Mike Johnson. Lovato is friends Hannah Brown and watched him on her season, which aired in mid-2019. Johnson then appeared on Bachelor in Paradise, which began airing shortly after.

Apparently, Brown helped facilitate this relationship and got Johnson and Lovato talking for real. They even went on a date in September. In June 2020, Lovato said on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she “had a few crushes at the time.” But their fire flamed out quickly — perhaps because Lovato got serious about Wilson.

Shortly after Wilson and Lovato’s breakup made headlines, she was linked to someone new. In March 2020, as the country shut down amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, rumors spread that Lovato was quarantining with her latest significant other, actor Max Ehrich.

The couple was able to avoid confirming their relationship for a little while, but with their frequent social media posts and Lovato’s high-profile lifestyle, this wasn’t easy. They made their public “debut” in Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s “Stuck with U” video, and have remained adorable online ever since.
