‘Celebrity Big Brother’ Season 3: Julie Chen Moonves Reveals Who She Thinks Will Struggle to Adjust — ‘Help Him, Jesus’
Celebrity Big Brother Season 3 is almost here, and host Julie Chen Moonves is preparing for all the drama that’s about to unfold. She has been around the CBS reality competition series since the first season of Big Brother in 2000, so it stands to reason that she knows the game very well. And before the premiere of the celebrity version’s third season, Chen Moonves is predicting everything that may happen.
The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ Season 3 cast features a wide variety of celebrities

Julie Chen Moonves predicts which cast member will have the toughest time in the house
Julie Chen Moonves sat down with Entertainment Weekly to discuss and theorize what’s to come in Celebrity Big Brother Season 3.
“I think Chris Kattan will have the hardest time adjusting,” the host shared. “He said he’s never had a roommate in his life. Welcome to Big Brother — 10 roommates and one bathroom! Help him, Jesus, please help him, ’cause he’s going to need it.”
Chris Kattan is the only comedian in the cast, so he may stick out among the rest of the houseguests. Or, perhaps that will play to his advantage. Whatever the case may be, Chen Moonves doesn’t seem to have much faith he will make it far in Celebrity Big Brother Season 3.
The host discusses the ages of the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ Season 3 cast
During her chat with Entertainment Weekly, Julie Chen Moonves also touched on how the older ages of the houseguests will factor into the ever-changing game.
“The dynamic becomes much more complex,” Chen Moonves said. “This game becomes much more of a battle of wills. Let’s see who can rise to the occasion of mentally beating out the competition. You have to have a stronger social game than anything else in celebrity seasons. It’s more about whose personality can take it to the end and win it.”
She added, “You’re going to hear more mature real-life struggles. With much of this cast being north of 40, they have a lot more miles on them in life. That should help, but it can also hurt. If they haven’t learned many of life’s lessons that have been thrown their way, then you probably won’t make it far in the game. But it might win you a lot of attention with fans. What made someone famous in the past can help them or hurt them … it depends what they do with it.”
Celebrity Big Brother Season 3 premieres on Feb. 2 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
