Charli D’Amelio Stuns in a Daring Prada Skirt of Her ‘Literal Dreams,’ Opens Up About ‘Much Different Place’ This Year
Who wouldn’t want to be flown overseas to Milan, Italy, where elite stylists have stocked a fancy hotel room with luxury fashion all for you? Charli D’Amelio isn’t complaining. The TikTok personality documented the 24 hours she spent at Milan Fashion Week, enjoying Prada’s womenswear show from the front row. She donned an undeniably sexy look for the event, which certainly got people talking.
D’Amelio shared her Milan Fashion Week experience with her TikTok followers. She boarded a plane at 7 am to spend exactly 24 hours in Italy before heading back to the States. “I want to make the most out of this trip while I’m here, ” the 20-year-old shared. “I’m really nervous for some reason. I don’t know why, but I feel like this trip is just really different . . . I just feel like I’m in a much different place. I’m really excited to be going.”
D’Amelio landed in Milan and gave followers a sneak peek of the outfit she wore to the show. Styled by Prada co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, her look was a modern twist on the sexy school girl — straight from the brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection. “Let’s go through what was in the closet when I got here,” D’Amelio dished from her spacious hotel room. “My adorable little top. This skirt of my literal dreams. A jacket and a cardigan.”
D’Amelio ended up ditching the cardigan and jacket for the show. But we have a feeling her stylists weren’t disappointed. The Dancing with the Stars season 31 winner attended in a head-turning bralette and belt/skirt combo, featuring utilitarian carabiners holding up her fashionably low-waisted skirt.
D’Amelio explained, “I love my outfit. When I saw this on the runway last season, I was like, ‘I want that.'” She called this look “very different from last year,” continuing, “Last year, I was covered head to toe. This year, it’s belt, low-waist skirt, teeny tiny top.” D’Amelio accessorized with drop earrings and Prada silver-toed pumps — “the most adorable shoes you’ve ever seen in your life.” The Prada design duo also gifted the D’Amelio Footwear co-founder a coffee table book, sneakers, and a leather tote.
D’Amelio has collaborated with Prada for several years. Since her debut at the Fall/Winter 2020 Womenswear Show in Milan, the longtime dancer has regularly attended the luxury fashion house’s shows. In October 2022, Prada featured her as the face of its Linea Rossa Fall/Winter 2022 sportswear campaign. While Charli jet-setted to Italy and back, her older sister turned heads at a very important party in Los Angeles.
On February 26, Dixie D’Amelio attended “A Night for Young Hollywood.” Ahead of Oscars weekend, Vanity Fair and Instagram hosted the brightest up-and-coming stars at LA’s Bar Marmont.
The guest list included all of the young celebrities to watch, including Keke Palmer, Anna Sawai, Monica Barbaro, Lukas Gage, Kieran Shipka, Coco Jones, Dylan Efron, Nathalie Emmanuel, Danielle Brooks, and Chase Stokes. Dixie made sure to stand out in a lingerie-inspired sheer dress highlighting her incredibly toned tummy. Between Charli and Dixie, these sisters know how to serve sex appeal.
