An Inside Look Into Chicago West’s Minnie Mouse-Themed Birthday Party
Kim Kardashian wears a lot of hats. She may have launched her career as a reality star on Keeping Up with the Kardashians — but she has propelled that into many different opportunities for herself. The reality starlet is a businesswoman with her hugely successful makeup brand KKW Beauty and her shapewear line, Skims. Also, the aspiring lawyer is preparing to take the California Bar Exam in 2021.
However, Kardashian’s most beloved role is being a mom to her four little ones, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Kardashian’s children are her life. In between her beauty and business posts, she’s always sharing adorable snaps and videos of her precious babies.
In fact, leading up to Chicago West’s second birthday on Jan. 15 — Kardashian gave fans a clue about the little girl’s adorable and super girlie soiree.
Chicago West told Kim Kardashian she wanted a Minnie Mouse themed birthday
In early January — Kardashian began asking her youngest daughter what she might want for her blowout birthday. “Whose birthday is next?” Kardashian sweetly asked her daughter. Since Saint West’s 4th birthday just passed in early December — Chicago got confused and asked “Sainty?”
After Kardashian explained to her baby girl that her big celebration was next, Chicago informed her mama she wanted a pink cake with a Minnie Mouse theme. Kardashian declared, “That would be so cute!” Clearly Chicago is incredibly girlie like her mom, and planning her party looked a lot different than Saint’s dinosaur-themed party.
Inside Chicago’s magical Minnie-Mouse tea party
We all know that the KarJenners go all out for parties and celebrations and that’s exactly what the KKW Beauty did for her little girl. Kardashian’s sister, Kylie Jenner gave us an inside look at the gorgeous pink and gold decor.
There was tea, macarons, a Minnie Mouse cake and tons and tons of pink roses sprinkled throughout the party. The birthday girl wore a Minnie Mouse-eared headband and she had her face painted up like Minnie as well.
Since tea isn’t exactly super toddler-friendly, Kardashian had other activities on hand to keep the little ones busy and occupied. Chicago had her very own painting station where she and her cousins, siblings, and friends got to create their own masterpieces on their baby-sized easels and canvases.
Jenner also posted photos of herself and her daughter, Stormi leaving the party with their shades on. Stormi’s birthday is up next and Jenner has already hinted that she’s begun preparing for a massive blowout party for her daughter’s second birthday. We hope it’s just as cute as this one.
Kim Kardashian posted a birthday tribute to Chicago
Like she did with Saint’s dino party, we’re sure that Kardashian will post a series of professional birthday party photos on her Instagram account. For now, she shared the sweetest tribute to Chicago.
“Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl Chicago!!!” Kardashian wrote. “I can’t believe you are already 2! You bring so much joy into our lives. I love watching you grow every day! My smart, sassy and silly girl! Mommy loves you forever!”
