‘Clarice’: Who’s in the Cast?
The new series Clarice, which is based on The Silence of the Lambs, will air on CBS soon. The show will focus on the story of FBI Agent Clarice Starling. Here’s a rundown of who’s in the cast.
Rebecca Breeds
Rebecca Breeds plays lead character Clarice Starling. Breeds is best known for starring in Pretty Little Liars. She played Nicole Gordon from 2015 until 2017.
One of Breeds’ early acting roles was in a 2000 episode of the TV series Winter Rats titled “Jump in the Mouth.” In 2006, she joined the cast of Blue Water High. She played the role of Cassie until 2008. That year, she made her film debut in the movie Newcastle, in which she played the role of Leah. Breeds is also known for her roles in The Originals, We are Men, and Home and Away.
Michael Cudlitz
Michael Cudlitz plays the character Paul Krendler. One of Cudlitz’s early roles was in the 1989 short film Crystal Ball, in which he played Scottie. In 1991, he made an appearance in the series 21 Jump Street. He played Dennis Richards in an episode titled “Bad Day at Blackburn.”
Cudlitz is best known for his roles as John Cooper on Southland and Sergeant Denver “Bull” Randleman on Band of Brothers. He’s also known for his roles on Beverly Hills, 90210; Standoff; The Walking Dead; and The Kids Are Alright.
Lucca de Oliveira
Lucca de Oliveira plays Tomas Esquivel. One of de Oliveira’s early roles was in the 2014 short film White Rabbit. He made his film debut in the 2015 movie 3 Generations, in which he had a small part as the boy in the alley. In 2019, he landed a recurring role in the series Animal Kingdom. He played the character Lou for nine episodes. Oliveira is also known for playing Vic Lopez in SEAL Team from 2019 to 2020.
Kal Penn
Kal Penn plays Emin Grigoryan. Penn is best known for playing Kumar Patel in the Harold and Kumar movies and Lawrence Kutner on House. One of Penn’s early roles was in the 1998 short film Express: Aisle to Glory.
The following year, Penn appeared in the film Freshman, in which he played the role of Ajay. Penn is also known for his roles in Mira, Royal Detective; 24; Sunnyside; Designated Survivor; and How I Met Your Mother.
Nick Sandow
Nick Sandow plays Agent Murray Clarke. One of Sandow’s early acting roles was in the 1994 film Hand Gun, in which he played the character Earls Man Max. From 2000 to 2002, Sandow played Joe Lombardo in the TV series Third Watch. He is also known for playing Joe Caputo in the series Orange is the New Black.
Devyn Tyler
Devyn Tyler plays Adrelia Mapp. One of Tyler’s early acting roles was in the 2004 TV movie Stuck in the Suburbs. In 2010, she landed a recurring role in The Gates, in which she played Mia Mueller for six episodes. Tyler is also known for her roles in The Great Debaters, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Underground, and The Purge television series.
Marnee Carpenter
Marnee Carpenter plays the character Catherine Martin. One of her early roles was in the 2016 film Wild Oats, in which she played a waitress. Her other acting roles include appearances in Painter, Good Girls, and Criminal Minds.
