Who Is Clippers Star Paul George’s Partner Daniela Rajic?
Paul George has experienced plenty of ups and downs on the court since he entered the NBA. George was selected by the Indiana Pacers with the 10th overall pick in the 2010 draft before playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Los Angeles Clippers. During his NBA career, he’s dealt with one season-ending injury and gut-wrenching playoff eliminations but has also been named to seven All-Star teams, is a six-time member of the All-NBA Team, a four-time member of the NBA All-Defensive Team, and won a gold medal.
Today, George, whose nicknamed PG13, has established himself as one of the best perimeter defenders in the league. He’s also made headlines for his behavior off the court including a cheating scandal that involved a stripper and the daughter of his former coach. Here’s more on George’s partner Daniela Rajic.
Daniela Rajic worked as an exotic dancer and model
Rajic was born on Nov. 12, 1990, in the Queens section of New York City. She is of Serbian descent and attended the University of Miami. While she was a student there she worked as a stripper at the popular Gentleman’s Club Tootsie’s Cabaret to help pay her tuition. She has also worked as a model and personal shopper at Saks Fifth Avenue.
She currently co-owns a swimsuit line Nude Swim with Sarah Nasser, who is the wife of George’s teammate Patrick Patterson. Rajic models many of the bathing suits from the collection via her personal social media account.
George and Rajic had a fling while he was dating the daughter of a longtime NBA coach
George and Rajic started seeing each other in 2013 when she was still in college. At the time the athlete was in a relationship with Callie Rivers, the daughter of longtime NBA coach Doc Rivers. However, they split after news broke that George cheated on her and got Rajic pregnant. Callie later married Seth Curry.
Reports claimed that George offered Rajic $1 million to have an abortion but she refused to get one. That is something the basketball star has denied ever doing. On May 1, 2014, their eldest daughter, Olivia, was born. Three years later, the couple welcomed their second daughter, Natasha, on Nov. 1, 2017.
On June 23, 2021, Rajic announced on Instagram that they are expecting their third chilld together.
When George and Rajic got engaged
People noted that George proposed to his daughters’ mom on Nov. 6, 2020. He got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage at a seaside resort where rose petals were scattered on the ground around them. A friend of the pair posted photos of the exact moment it happened before George and Rajic took to social media themselves with their happy news and to share more pics.
George hasn’t ever been shy when it comes to posting about Rajic and has praised her for the type of mother she is to their children.
“Happy Mother’s Day baby thank you for putting up with my s— and being on top of yours!” George captioned photos of the pair with their daughters via Instagram. “You’re amazing and incredible at your number 1 job… being mommy! Love you woobie.”
