Craig Conover’s Pillows and Beer’ Podcast and Book Tour – ‘We’re Excited about It’ Exclusive Details
Craig Conover from Southern Charm dished details about his Pillows and Beer podcast tour and book signing, sharing that he anticipates a rowdy fun time at every stop.
Conover gave Showbiz Cheat Sheet details about what fans can expect on the upcoming tour. “During the day I will be doing book signings and book tour stops,” he said. “And each city we’ll look forward to some sort of meet and greet and traditional book signing at a bookstore. And then at night, we’ll have the podcast tour.”

Conover and Southern Charm co-star and podcast co-host Austen Kroll were thrilled to be hitting the road. “We’re really excited about it, kind of taking a page out of Giggly Squad‘s book,” he dished, referring to girlfriend Paige DeSorbo’s Giggly Squad podcast tour.
Conover took notes during a recent Giggly Squad stop where he was DeSorbo and co-host Hannah Berner’s special guest. “They were laughing because I was a surprise guest in L.A. at their show and I was blown away,” he said about the Giggly Squad performance.
“I mean, they put an incredible show together and incredible performance,” he added. “Not that I thought it would be anything less, but they just are so good together and structured that it definitely put Austen and I and our team into fast forward mode to be like, ‘Alright, guys, let’s really do this right, like the girls are doing.’ I think I mentioned our tour on their stage at one point and Paige was like, ‘Get off the stage!’ [laughs]”
Craig’s favorite thing to do is meet ‘Southern Charm’ fans
Conover has experience with meet and greets during his previous Pillow Parties and at BravoCon. His favorite part of the job is getting to meet fans. “After BravoCon there’s just a market it,” he said about live opportunities. “We love getting any chance we can to hang out with all of our supporters and followers.”
“And this just gives everyone an opportunity to come see us in person,” he continued. “So we’re excited about it. I think it’s going to be rowdy and just a good time. The goal for me has always been this stuff. I mean, you read it in the book, it was just like Pillow Parties. Any chance that I get to do this is, you know, my favorite part of this entire experience.”

Conover said the Pillows and Beer tour will provide numerous chances for fans to interact with the Southern Charm stars. “It’ll be a little more interactive,” he teased. “We’re going to have some audience games where they come up and it’s like, ‘Are you smarter than Craig and Austen?’ And some silly trivia stuff and a newlywed game where ‘Do you know each other better than Craig and Austen know each other?’ Some fun games like that.”
“There may be opportunities for prizes and merchandising,” he added. “But yeah, it’ll follow a similar format of our popular segments in the beginning, and we’ll have some special guests throughout and some people that open for us. And it is structured and planned out right now, but I know that it’s going to be a massive learning curve. But I’m confident that hopefully, everyone has a good time. I know I’m going to be a nervous wreck before the show. Every time, no matter what. I just always get butterflies.”
