Cheryl Burke and Cody Rigsby have coronavirus (COVID-19) but remain part of ‘DWTS’ Season 30

On Sept. 27, Burke announced she tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19) on Instagram. Later, on Oct. 1, her partner Cody Rigsby announced he also has COVID-19.

Despite their positive diagnosis, Burke and her Peloton instructor partner remain part of the season 30 competition. Rigsby and Burke weren’t in the ballroom in week 2, but the judges scored their rehearsal performance, earning a 24 out of 40.

Burke and Rigsby performed from their respective homes in week 3. “I’ve turned our living room into a ballroom,” Burke told CNN. The duo scored an 18 for their jazz dance to “Gimme More.”

‘Bling Empire’ star is eliminated in ‘Dancing with the Stars’ week 3

Moore and Chiu were in the bottom three this week. Ultimately, the DWTS judges decided to save the Bling Empire star, eliminating Chiu from the season 30 competition.

Martin Kove was eliminated in ‘DWTS’ Week 2

Last week, Cobra Kai star Martin Kove and his partner Britt Stewart got eliminated after receiving a combined score of 28 for the first two weeks. Kove was in the bottom two with Bling Empire star Chiu. Ultimately, the judges decided to save Chiu and Pashkov.
