Britt Stewart is the first Black female pro dancer on Dancing with the Stars. Stewart first competed as a pro dance partner in Season 29, but she has been part of the DWTS dance troupe since season 23. Showbiz Cheat Sheet connected with Stewart over the phone to talk Dancing with the Stars Season 30 and get her predictions on who will win. She was right about the season 29 winner, after all!

‘DWTS’ pro Britt Stewart danced with Martin Kove in season 30

Stewart returned to the ballroom as a pro in Dancing with the Stars Season 30. This time, she danced with Cobra Kai star Martin Kove.

Stewart and Kove danced the Paso Doble during the DWTS Season 30 premiere to “You’re the Best” from the iconic Karate Kid film. After their week two cha-cha to “Twist & Shout,” Stewart and Kove were eliminated from the competition.

Britt Stewart predicted Kaitlyn Bristowe to win ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Season 29

Season 29 was Stewart’s first appearance as a pro on Dancing with the Stars. When Showbiz spoke with Stewart in November 2020, we had to ask about her thoughts on who would win the Mirrorball.

At the time, she was competing with figure skater Johnny Weir. The duo made it to the semi-finals.

“Realistically, I think Kaitlyn [Bristowe] might win,” Stewart told us during the November 2020 call. “It’s something that she has wanted for a really long time, and I absolutely love Artem [Chigvintsev]. He is a good friend and…I am so happy for him to succeed anywhere in life, so for him to get that Mirrorball would make me really happy.” The Bachelorette star and Chigvintsev won the Mirrorball in DWTS Season 29.

‘Dancing with the Stars’ winner prediction for season 30

Since Stewart’s intuition was correct last season, we had to ask about her prediction for season 30. “This season is so hard to predict,” Stewart admitted on our most recent call in October 2021.

“I feel like every week it changes for me because every week, there’s someone new [who stands out],” Stewart adds. “Melora [Hardin] completely shocked us all.”

The Office actor was the first to score a 10 in season 30, albeit a 10 from head judge Len Goodman. “But last week, I might not have predicted Melora and Artem to win,” Stewart continues. “Two fan favorites got eliminated this past week as well.”

The judges eliminated bachelor star Matt James and his partner Lindsay Arnold during Disney Villains Night. Beverly Hills 90210 actor Brian Austin Green and his partner, Sharna Burgess, were also sent home.

“I think JoJo [Siwa] and Jenna [Johnson] have great potential to be Mirrorball Champions this year,” Stewart admits. “If anything, I definitely think that they will get into the finale.” You heard it here first!

Siwa and Johnson aren’t Stewart’s only contenders for the Mirrorball this season. “I think Amanda [Kloots] and Alan [Bersten] have a really good shot,” she concludes.

The competition is strong on Dancing with the Stars Season 30! Tune in to ABC on Mondays at 8 PM EST to find out who will win.
