The six remaining couples performed two dances during the semi-finals: a redemption dance chosen by the judges and a new performance, most of which were the contemporary style. More specifically:

  • Cody and Cheryl: Redemption salsa, Argentine tango
  • Melora and Artem: Redemption rumba, contemporary
  • Suni and Sasha: Redemption foxtrot, contemporary
  • Iman and Daniella: Redemption tango, jazz
  • Amanda and Alan: Redemption tango, contemporary

When it came down to eliminations, The Office star Melora Hardin and her partner Artem Chigvintsev had the lowest overall score and were eliminated first. That left Suni Lee and Amanda Kloots in the bottom two. The Dancing with the Stars judges were unanimous in saving Kloots and Alan Bersten, sending Lee and her partner Sasha Farber home.

‘Dancing with the Stars’ Season 30 finale will air on Nov. 22

The two-hour Dancing with the Stars finale will air next Monday. The following couples will join Kloots and Bersten in the DWTS Season 30 finale:

Plus, this season’s previous contestants will return for some performances. What’s more, Jimmie Allen and Melanie “Mel C.” Chisholm are slated to sing during the DWTS finale.

In the past, the Dancing with the Stars finale always took place in The Grove in Los Angeles. But with restrictions due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the finale will likely occur in the ballroom this year.

Several ‘DWTS’ pros think JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson Chmerkovskiy will be crowned winner in Season 30 finale

Many Dancing with the Stars pros, including Burke, Britt Stewart, and Witney Carson, believe Siwa and Johnson Chmerkovskiy will win the Mirrorball Trophy next week. During a conversation with Burke on the Pretty Messed Up podcast, Carson said anyone who makes it to the finale is worthy of the win.

Ultimately, both Carson and Burke see the win going to Siwa and Johnson Chmerkovskiy. Stewart is another DWTS pro who can see Siwa and Johnson Chmerkovskiy winning the Mirrorball Trophy.
