The Los Angeles Police Department has announced that Daniel Silva, a former contestant on Ink Masters, has been booked on suspicion of murder. The charges stem from a May 10 car crash that took the life of YouTube star, Corey La Barrie, on his 25th birthday. While details of the crash remain fuzzy, witnesses have reported that Silva attempted to flee the scene of the accident, and was restrained by bystanders until police arrived.

He went live at 1 pm pacific time on May 10. The accident occurred at 9:40 pm that same evening. La Barrie was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Silva was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries; he was arrested upon his release.
