‘Darcey & Stacey’: Stacey Silva and Florian Sukaj Have a Conversation After Seeing a Fertility Doctor: ‘We Have to Go Through This Whole Process, and It’s Emotional’
On the hit 90 Day Fiancé series Darcey & Stacey, fans have seen Stacey Silva and Florian Sukaj’s relationship grow and change. They are finally in a better place together, and Stacey even convinced him to go see a fertility doctor with her. This week, they have a conversation, and Florian reassures her about the situation involving them trying to have a baby despite Stacey’s concerns.

Stacey has tried to talk to Florian about having a baby before, and fans have seen it all play out. Stacey would “love” to have a baby with her husband. However, Florian is convinced it’s “what God choose.” Apparently, Florian also said it’s in “God’s hands” according to his wife. But Stacey is interested in IVF. After speaking to Florian again, he agreed to go with Stacey to a fertility doctor to learn what options are available. Florian revealed to the camera that he agreed to go to make his wife “happy.”
They learn what their options are from the doctor, who also said his “concern” is Stacey’s “age.” She’s 46. He also mentions he thinks they “need to be more aggressive” when it comes to their “approach.” Although Stacey is hoping she has “at least a year or two.”
The doctor also reveals that he thinks “the odds are slim that it will happen naturally” as far as her becoming pregnant.
Stacey reveals that she thinks “freezing the eggs” would be the right plan of action, and the doctor explains testing is the next part, which includes bloodwork and an ultrasound as well as testing of Stacey’s “egg production.”
Before the scene concludes, Stacey says, “So, the window of time we have is not years. Are you talking months?”
“You should not delay,” the doctor tells her.
Stacey and Florian have a conversation
In episode 6, Stacey and Florian have a fire and eat some pizza. She reveals to the camera that she’s going to do the tests needed as they take their next step on their fertility journey. She’ll learn how many eggs she has, as well as how many can be frozen for when they are ready for IVF.
Stacey wants to talk to her husband about something that’s “worrying” her.
“I know because of my age, and from what the doctor said, I have a small window of time, and that concerns me. I mean, we have to go through this whole process, and it’s emotional. It’s emotional,” Stacey says, to which her husband explains that he knows. “It takes an emotional toll on you.”
She goes on to say that she needs to “hear how” Florian “truly” feels. “Not just ‘it’s gonna be OK,’ and just try to build me up.”
Florian tells her he feels “good,” saying, “I feel good, my bubu.” He also adds if he wasn’t feeling good, he would say so.
Stacey asks if he’s “worried about the window of time” that they have, and he reveals, “I have you more for life.”
“If you told me if ‘I can’t have a kid, you’re out of here’…” Stacey trails off while she looks down.
“How many times I need to explain to you…” Florian adds.
Stacey says she knows that, but Florian just says, “No, no, no, bubu, no, no worry.” He adds,” Don’t worry. I love you for you.”
Stacey says that she wants to “make sure” that Florian will always be by her side. “Florian says he’s OK with not having kids,” Stacey tells the camera. “Sometimes I find that hard to believe. Deep down I feel that if I can’t give Florian a baby, he might leave me one day, and wanna have a baby with another woman.”
Back in the conversation between the couple, Florian reveals that he’s there for his wife, and she nods her head. “Bubu, I have you. My bubu.” He embraces her, and she returns it. She tells him that he’s a “good person,” and he tells her that he loves her.
“I want to be father one day, and it hurts me I don’t have kids,” he says. But he goes on to reveal that it “hurts” him “more” if he doesn’t have Stacey as “part” of his “life.”
In the upcoming episode of Darcey & Stacey, Stacey goes to the doctor for an ultrasound and learns that it appears she has a cyst on her ovary. We’ll have to see how things play out from here.
